Chapter 17: Tanaka's Battle Ground

For this test, Tanaka didnt make it too hard, the Weapons of Sinned could immediately find a suitable wielder for them.

And the test would named TBG, Tanaka's Battle Ground, it was a Battle Royale Test that would take place in an open dungeon that Tanaka had created.

Well, there is a twist, instead of picking up guns like in pubg, in this test different cold weapons could be picked up, for example, an axe or anything else.

While Tanaka was at it, Tanaka added some extra challenges, every time the circle shrink, a random challenge that is connected to sins will appear for example, the Challenge of Sloth, every challengers that are still alive will receive a debuff called Sloth Debuff.

All their movement will turn sluggish or they will feel sleepy, of course there is a way to counter this debuff, either they have a strong will to resist the debuff or they are lazy by nature or a personality that counters it, well that was the gist of it, there are more ways to break free from the debuff.

Anyway, this test would be showed in livestream, Tanaka would also use this chance to promote the Dungeon, it would be open soon, It actually took a long time for the Dungeon City to fully function.

Anyway, Tanaka put up some notice for the livestream for the people to know, it will also be shown on the T.V for everyone to see.

Tanaka then made the examinees to follow him to the Dungeon City.

As they arrived on the dungeon City, many trained reporters and with their cameraman were waiting.

Media now had expanded through out the Shinobi World though most dont know about it but newspapers are being circulated by Ryu and T.V is still a rare item for everyone except in Ryu, as for the reporters, they travel around the world looking for something to scoop.

It could be said that the reporters are very hard working to their job, they would even dig a tomb just to tell the world, well that is for another time.

The moment Tanaka and the group appeared, the camera immediately turned towards them, the reporters immediately ran to them.

Tanaka smiled to show a good image, but the reporters didnt stop at him and went towards the examinees.

Tanaka was dumbfounded then immediately shook his head in understanding.

Its not that they ignored or hate Tanaka but they tend to not get any useful information from him.

Tanaka was known to be bad at explaining things, except for some stuffs that he came up, when it comes to other things, Tanaka's explanation will go to the west then to the east then finally to the space.

Anyway, Tanaka didnt really mind and just entered the Dungeon City, the reporters or any other people are not yet allowed to enter inside the dungeon city.

Tanaka checked his workers if everything was fine and he got an okay, as for the livestream, Tanaka created a birdseye view angle and many individual stream for the audience to see their favorite.

"Tanaka! we are here!" Hashirama yelled as he entered inside the dungeon city.

"Welcome, thanks for coming in a short notice, Hashirama, Madara" Tanaka said.

"Its no problem, I'm also interested on the future powerful force of the Ryugakure" Madara said.

"No problemo" Tanaka replied.

"Hey, Tanaka" Hashirama called.

"What?" Tanaka and Madara turned towards him.

"Where is the betting booth, I brought a lot of money today, hehee" Hashirama smiled.

"Gambling is prohibited in Ryugakure" Tanaka replied in a deadpan expression, Hashirama was an addict in gambling that even Mito got angry with him.

Even though she told him to stop gambling, Hashirama still found someway to sneak and gamble, its no wonder Tsunade got influenced by him.

"NANI!? How can that be!?" Hashirama staggered back in shock.

"Now shut up, lets start the exam" Tanaka said and left.

"Damn, I thought its time for me to have fun" Hashirama hang his head low while following after Tanaka.

"Hashirama didnt say anything and looked at the Uchiha members who were able to join this test, he could not help but cheer for them quietly.

After all, everything Tanaka had made is powerful, if one of them were able to wield the Sinned Weapons, they will have a high standing in the village, Madara is satisfied as long as it could guarantee the healthy living of his clan in this village, he then followed after Tanaka and Hashirama.

"Oh, hey, I have heard something" Tanaka recalled something.

"What is it?" Madara asked.

"I heard about 2 months ago, both of your wifes were pregnant?" Tanaka asked playfully.

Hashirama and Madara became quiet and looked at Tanaka, their eyes were flashing red seemingly waiting for Tanaka to say something.

"We have a device called Ultra sound, if you want to know the well being of your children you can check later" Tanaka said.

"Oh," Madara and Hashirama sighed in relief, they thought Tanaka would say that 'thing' again, they feel really uncomfortable when Tanaka said that.

They immediately shook their head cleansing that bad memory from their brain, the got interested on the device called Ultra sound.

"How does that work?" Hashirama asked.

"I dont know much but we use sound to see the image of the baby inside the pregnant woman, dont worry its safe, and you could also determine the gender of the baby through it" Tanaka recalled the book he had read and simplified the explanation.

"Okay, we will go check later, Mito seemed to know about it" Hashirama said.

Madara nodded too.

Tanaka didnt say anything anymore and looked in front, unbeknownst to the in the back, Tanaka just laid his plan in front of them.

Tanaka knew Hashirama will get 3 males as for Madara, he didnt have any babies so Tanaka was expectant to know what gender would the baby be.

Anyway, Tanaka called forth the examinees who were entangled by the reporters, the reporters reluctantly let them go and silently complained to Tanaka.

Tanaka didnt say anything, he was very happy that everyone is very hard working, but the time is limited.

Tanaka made the examinees enter the dungeon one by one, they wont be immediately deployed in the battlefield but in the preparation area.

The examinees will then be given badges with different numbers.

After all examinees received their badges, a count down appeared in front of them which is 3 minutes.

The livestream had also been opened and many people with phones or computers even on their T.V's are excited to watch, after all, this was the fits biggest event in Ryugakure.

"Ahem, My name is Madara, and was invited a sa guest, I will now explain the rules to the examinees" Madara's voice resounded on their ears.

[Rules]

[Battle Royale: Everyone is your enemy, you can team up, that is not a problem, the circle is your life, if you are outside the circle then immediately enter the circle, if not then get burned, the circle will continue to shrink until the last man is standing]

[Points: Stealing the badge or defeating your opponent then taking their badge will give points, defeating monsters will also give points, if you can]

[Ninjutsu and Genjutsu is forbidden, inheritance skills will be suppressed so you wont be able to use them, Rely on your Taijutsu and skills, other than those listed, everything is allowed]

[Death is not real death, if you die in the exam, dont worry, you will be transported in the safe area and continue watching the test, so give your all]

[Extra Challenge: Everytime the circle shrinks, every examinees remaining will receive a Sinned Debuff]

[Lastly, even if you win, it doesnt mean you will be part of the Seven Deadly Sins, the Sinned Weapons will personally choose its own wielders so give your best and show the best abilities you got]

Madara finished reading the script Tanaka had given him, well, he actually skipped a lot of it since most of it were nonsense, he then turned his head to Tanaka.

"What the hell is Tehee?" Madara asked.

"Dont mind it, the match is going to start sit down, sit down" Tanaka said.

Madara didnt say anything more and sat back to his seat.

Shō, Sou and Shin were sitting and looking at each other while waiting for the countdown, they were not nervous anymore and the aura of a warrior appeared in them.

No ninjutsu, no genjutsu, only taijutsu and skills, and it could be said, everyone who joined this exam were all trained in the academy and learned many skills that is provided by Tanaka.

It may not be powerful like what they had seen in the manga but they are already proficient with it.

They then looked at each other.

"Bro's you know what this is right?" Shin asked.

"Of course" everyone in the waiting room replied, in the village, it could be said in this two years, they all treated each other as brothers, especially in the guild.

"Then let us all say it at the same time!" Shin said with a laugh.

"Yeah!"

"May the best man/women win!"
