Chapter 49: Kokabiel

-with Rias-

"For this to happen as soon as we left... how could they just enter the enemies territory without any plan?"

Enkidu commented as both she and Miyaoi stood inside the clubroom while noticing Irina's heavily injured body on the sofa.

"It's all because I couldn't stop them before!"

Issei shouted as he punched the wooden walls of the room, creating a small hole on the wall while his hand bled from the splinters that pierced his skin.

"... Stop blaming yourself, Issei. We all didn't expect for them to just charge at enemy territory... if it's anyone's fault then this is my fault. My lack or ability to control my servants led to this"

Rias said while crossing her arms on her chest with a frustrated expression on her face.

"Rias-san, can you tell us what happened?"

Enkidu asked as she slowly walked towards Irina's unconscious body to check her condition.

"... Kokabiel suddenly intruded my room and threw her body in my bed. He said something about a little war between the two of us..."

Rias said whole glancing at both of them with a serious expression on her face.

"Enkidu, should we interfere with this?"

Miyaoi asked while watching her check Irina's vital signs to see if any of her internal organs were damaged.

"It seems like so, they're all still not ready yet to face Kokabiel by themselves. This is what master anticipated when he sent us here to aid them"

Enkidu answered before taking out a health potion that was given to them by Lucias in case they get injured.

"What's that?"

Rias asked, noticing the bright red liquid in her hand.

"It is a potion given to us by master in case we get hurt. It can heal any type of injuries as long as she isn't dead. It has no known side-effects according to master so you don't have to worry about her"

Enkidu answered before opening her mouth to poor a small drop of the potion in her mouth.

"Rias-senpai. We have covered the school with a large barrier. With this, unless something disastrous happens, there will be no damage outside"

Saji reported as soon as he entered the clubroom along with Sona.

"Thank you, Sona. We will do the rest from here"

Rias said in gratitude causing Sona to nod her head in response.

"Rias, are you sure we can handle this? We're fighting a monster that is above our strength... I think we should at least wait for your oni-sama to come here and assist us"

Sona advised causing Rias to shake her head in response.

"I have already informed oni-sama a few days ago but... because of an unknown attacker that raided the Naberius Clan a few weeks ago. He is now occupied with investigating this incident along with the council, he might not be able to help us, especially now when Kokabiel suddenly declared war on us"

Rias answered while biting her fingernails in frustration causing Sona to glance at Miyaoi and Enkidu who were standing beside Irina's unconscious body.

"Where's Lucias?"

"Master is currently on his way to Kyoto due to the chaos caused by our enemies. He will not be able to join you during this time, but the two of us are enough to take care of Kokabiel on our own"

Enkidu stated before glancing at the large barrier covering the entire school from the window of the clubroom with a serious expression on her face.

"... It's time..."

Enkidu muttered before glancing at Miyaoi as both of them nodded their heads to each other.

"Let's go, Miyaoi-san"

"No need to tell me"

Miyaoi smiled before unsheating both of her swords causing bright red flames to ignite, devouring the blade of her swords.

"Our target is Kokabiel, let the children deal with Balba and Freed"

Enkidu said before jumping out of the window of the clubroom along with Miyaoi who followed her from behind as both of them rushed towards the gate of the school at incredible speed.

"... Everyone let's go"

Rias ordered causing Koneko, Issei, and Akeno to nod their heads as they hurriedly made their way towards the gate of the academy.

-with Kokabiel-

"Valper are you two not done yet?"

Kokabiel asked with an impatient expression on his face while standing in front of the gate together with Freed and Valper who were both beside the large magic circle located on the ground while the 4 holy swords flew at the middle of the formation.

"Kokabiel-sama, it won't even take 5 minutes"

Valper confidently informed before noticing the figures of two women rushing towards their location in incredible speed.

"Huh!? It's those two bitches again! Hahaha I'm gonna gave fun playing with those two, Old Man how much longer!?"

Freed shouted with a maniacal smile on his face while watching both of them rush towards them without fear.

"W-Wait! Enkidu-san!"

Rias shouted as she struggled to keep up with their speed while her peerage followed her from behind along with Sona who was carried by Akeno as all of them ran towards the gate.

"... I hate my weak physique..."

"Ara Ara ~ then why won't you ask Lucias to train you? He will definitely hone your physique in just a week~"

"... I'll think about it"

Sona commented before gazing back at the two women at the front with narrowed eyes.

"Are they just going to confront him head-on?"

"Just trust them kaichou-san, from what I've seen, anyone that is closely associated with him is extremely powerful. So you don't have to worry about their safety"

Akeno commented before seeing both Enkidu and Miyaoi disappeared from their position causing all of them to stop in their tracks.

"Where did-"

Akeno muttered but froze as she saw Miyaoi appear above Kokabiel with her swords in hand.

"Die"

Miyaoi said before spinning her body in the air, slashing one of her sword towards Kokabiel, aiming towards his neck.

"[Barrier]"

Kokabiel calmly casted as a thin layer of holy magic surrounded his body, blocking Miyaoi's attack.

"..."

Miyaoi then let go of the swords in her hands before kicking Kokabiel's abdomen, propelling her body away from her as she performed a smooth backflip in the air to properly position her body for landing.

"[Holy Spear]"

Kokabiel casted causing a large spear of light to appear above him, aiming it at Miyaoi's direction.

"Idiot"

Miyaoi whispered to herself as she covered both of her sword with her mana causing both of her falling swords to levitate on the ground as they both quickly launched towards Kokabiel.

"WHAT!?"

Kokabiel shouted in shock as he tried to dodge both of her blade, but was one second late as one of the sword easily pierced through his barrier, puncturing his leg as the other sword cut off his right hand.

"ARGHHHHHH!!!!"

He screamed in pain as his blood rained down on the ground causing Miyaoi to grin at his direction.

"That's what you get from being too full of yourself, damn bird"

"Tch! Cerberus!!"

Kokabiel shouted in anger, summoning a large portal behind his back.

"DISTRACT THEM!"

Kokabiel ordered as a large demon dog with 4 thick legs and 3 identical heads came out of the large portal, surprising the devils from its sudden appearance.

"What a cute dog you have, Kokabiel-san"

A soft and feminine voice resounded below him, causing him to look at the ground, only to find a young woman with long silky lime hair standing on the ground with a gentle smile on her face.

"But... I have seen a more powerful version of this demon dog at our master's home"

Enkidu muttered, remembering the raw power and strength of the triplets back at the mansion, enough to dispose all 10 new servants with ease if not for Lucias' intereferance.

"Who are you!?"

"No one special"

She answered before creating several long golden chains from the ground with her [Age of Babylon], binding the large dog to the ground as the chains slowly devoured its body.

"Miyaoi, remember what master specifically ordered us to do"

"I know, capture Kokabiel alive!"

Miyaoi shouted as she increased the velocity of her swords as they made its way to Kokabiel, causing him to click his tongue as he tried to erect several layers of barrier to stop her attacks.

"Good"

Enkidu said with a warm smile on her face before creating several massive spears below the large demon dog tied to the ground, piercing several holes on its body causing its blood to form a large pool on the ground.

"I didn't hear about anyone of their caliber in this academy so why!?"

Kokabiel shouted in anger before glancing at Balba who was rushing to combine all 4 of the holy swords.

"You should worry about yourself first"

Miyaoi said as her sword sliced off both of his legs causing him to fall down to the ground from the incredible pain that he felt from having both of his legs severed from his body.

"S-Strong..."

Issei muttered in shock while watching the two girls who accompanied them in their search easily decimate a former cadre that all of them feared for in the past.

"... Issei don't just stand there!! Let's go and stop Valper from integrating the holy swords!!"

Rias shouted before firing a large wave of mana towards Valper to interefere with his formation, but was shocked as a large spider suddenly rushed out of the forest, blocking her wave of mana as it protected Balba from harm.

"WHAT IS THAT!?"

Issei shouted while staring at the large insect in front of them, looking at them in pure hunger as its red eyes shone with killing intent, causing all of them to shiver in fear from its presence.

"A gastrea? I thought master already cleaned up all of the gastreas in this city?"

Enkidu whispered with narrowed eyes before clearing her mind to sense if any more of them are in their location.

"This is..."

Enkidu muttered in shock as she sensed dozens of Grade II gastreas around them together with several figures releasing vicious auras from their bodies.

"Miyaoi!! Report this back to the mansion! I'll deal with them until then, so hurry up and deal with him"

Enkidu shouted towards Miyaoi who was carrying Kokabiel like a sack while his blood poured down on the cold ground.

"... [Concealment]"

Miyaoi casted, covering both of her and Kokabiel's body with a layer of mana, distorting the light that was being reflected on their body as she quickly made her way towards the mansion.

"Cerberus and Gohg might still be in the mansion..."

Enkidu muttered before creating hundreds different swords, spears, and daggers from the ground, launching all of them at all directions from her location, killing several gastreas in the process.

"Kiba!"

Rias called, noticing the two figures who were both making their way towards their direction.

"What happened here!?"

Xenovia asked as she saw the skewered body of Cerberus in shock.

"No time to explain... I want all of you to stay here and assist each other if anything happens..."

Enkidu advised while glacing at their surroundings with a catious expression on her face.

"…It's complete"

Valper's voice echoed through the tense atmosphere as the swords started to emit bright light, as a chilling aura assaulted the devils present.

"The four Excaliburs are going to become one"

Valper said in excitement as the light blinded all the spectators present in the field, causing all of them except Enkidu to cover their eyes to shield them from the blinding light.

"... Someone else is supplying them with magic"

Enkidu said with a frown while the devils and Xenovia readied themselves to face their enemies.

"Freed!"

Valper shouted causing Freed to look back at him with a maniacal smile on his face.

"What is it, old man!?"

"Use it"

"With pleasure!"

Freed said as he grabbed the sword by its hilt while it was emiting a dangerously pure holy aura around its blade.

"Uhehehe! I will just chop some Devils now!"

Freed shouted in excitement as he held the sword with both of his hand, pointing it at the devils who was glaring at his direction.

"Let's have fun, you shitty devils!"
