The Hentai God Emperor 

Once the building of the city was completely finished, Stella personally went around and checked it, after which she reported to Felix that everything had been properly constructed. 

And that, not a single part of it was missing or built in the wrong way. 

The Hentai City, was quite a big city which was almost three to four times as an average capital city.

But, that was understandable, because the Empire as a whole was much smaller, and the Hentai City was the only city within it.

With the boundary walls fixed around the edges of the Land of Gods, Felix successfully turned the entire area into four different zones.

The Ice Phoenix Army Zone, the Outer Capital Zone, the Inner Captial Zone, and finally the Core Zone, where the Hentai God's Palace was at. 

All in all, looking at it from the top, the Hentai Empire looked very pleasing to the eye.

Now that the city was completely finished building, it was time for Felix to take his rightful place as it's Emperor.

However, after discussing it with Sarah and Hanabi, he decided that he needed to do something else first.

Therefore, the day before the coronation ceremony was set for, Felix announced, "I want to thank all of you for helping me build this empire, and turn my dream into a reality. Therefore, I've decided to grant permanent citizenship to every single one of you, for free."

Once Felix finished speaking, the whole city was filled in a few seconds of silence followed by great cheering and praises for him by the women.

Usually, Empires don't allow every individual to live inside it forever, unless they paid a huge price for the citizenship.

Due to this, one either needs to be a traveller that is just visiting, or pay a little money every few days to extend the duration of their stay.

If there was one other way to live inside the cities without having to do any of these, it was by either being a very strong person that the Empire wouldn't want to lose, or be related to the Royal family.

Therefore, once Felix announced that every one of them could live inside this godly city of just women for free and forever, it was only understandable for them to praise him.

"Great Emperor Felix!"

"Long live Emperor Felix!"

"We love you, Felix!"

At first, the women only saw this place as something which allowed them to cultivate faster, but as time went by, almost everyone saw something special about it.

Out of all of them, however, there was one thing very special about the Hentai Empire. And that was, there were only women in it.

Putting aside the only male Felix, the whole place was basically a haven and heaven for women!

There were no men who'd try to show off their superiority or such crap. The women could all live as they wanted to, without having to worry about much.

Most importantly, since there were only women, they would never have to worry about being forced into a relationship which they didn't want to be in.

Also, unlike men who definitely needed a woman to satisfy themselves, women didn't need to have a man in their life. They could just use their hands to satisfy themselves, and if that wasn't enough, there were many around who understood them, women.

Due to all these reasons, once a woman entered the Hentai City, they would probably never want to leave.

The next day, Felix went through with the coronation ceremony which turned into more of a hassle than he wanted it to be.

The ceremony was supposed to be a simple one where Felix would just walk up the stairs inside Hentai God's Palace where the throne was at. After which Eliza would put the crown on his head, and he would take a seat on the throne.

Unfortunately, his idea is a simple ceremony was ruled out by almost every woman, as they came up with an idea of turning the whole thing into a huge show.

From the multicoloured translucent stairs made above the city for him to walk, and the golden throne which was too big for a single him to occupy.

At the same time, there were also the millions of flower petals and ice flakes which were rained down on him by the maids appointed.

Anyway, Felix managed to get through the coronation ceremony, since all of his women loved it. And the citizens seemed to love the display as well.

After the coronation, Felix chose to spend the day with only the women he was very close to, the ones who were allowed to live inside the Hentai God's Mansion with him.
