The heavenly sovereign

On a mountain peak with forest and wild beasts.there was a tree so large that the top of the tree could reach the heavens.the trunk of the tree was so thick that a thousand man couldnot circle it with their hands. There were nest of large birds in the tree.the sounds of birds chirping could be heard sitting beaneath the tree.the air around this tree was so mild that it would feel like a lovers caress as it touched the skin.

At the base of the tree was a large stone so big that it could be compared with a two storeyed house.the top of the stone was smooth as if it was sliced smoothly by something sharp.a boy at the age of 14 was sitting crosslegged in that stone with his eyes closed.the boy was breathing in and out with a certain rthym.when he breathe in,he would take all the energy in his area in and when breathe out ,he would breathe out foul air as the impurities from his body was casted out in the form of foul air.

The boy continued to perform his breathing technique as a cyclone of earthly energy was formed around him.As he sensed the cyclone of the earthly energy around him, he made sign with his hand and pushed his hand towards his own dantian.with the push of his hand the the whole energy in the cyclone was pushed into his dantian through the pores on his skin.he circulated them inside his dantian according to his breathing technique.

BANG

A loud sound akin to something breaking resounded out.

This loud sound was the sign of a breakthrough.the boy slowly opened his eye and smile faintly.

"initial stage of dantian forming.this is how it feels to have a dantian huh."

He scanned his own body with his spiritual sense.at the bottom of his stomach,he could sense a mystrious space which was connected to every part of his body.the earthly energy he absorbed earlier were all stored in this mysterious space.the earthly energy were like water inside a small pond which was only a few meters wide.

"to reach a higher realm,i must increase the space in my dantian to store more earthly energy.this is what the record from my sect says."

The boy said to himself as he got up and jumped down from rock.he landed lightly with his foot as he looked to his left as he sensed the presence of a person.

"congratulations young master for your breakthrough".a middle aged man bowed lightly as he smilingly said.the middle aged mand had a long hair a fairly wide shoulders.he was similarly wearing a blacked coloured martial robe.he had a kind face with neatly trimmed beard but his eyes were sharp and energetic.he was a tall man with a calm demenor like a flowing water.

"uncle gaton.no need for formalities between us.you have been taking care of me since i was young so just calling me sam like you did before is fine."

"That was before you became the young sectmaster of our sect.i cannot be disrespectful to the future sectmaster now ,can i?

The man joked to which sam smiled.

"No matter who I become ,in my heart you will always be the Uncle Gaton whom i care and respect".He smiled at Gaton as he said.

Sam then became serious as said to gaton"uncle gaton,i will be training here in seclusion for two more years so i will he handing the matter of the sect to you.the sword ridge valley will open after two years.the resources of the swordrodge valley is very important to us.the geniuses of other sect will surely come out of seclusion to competer for the resources.so,i will stay here to make necessary preparation to fight for the resources.At the time of the opening, i will enter the valley with other disciples of the sect so please select the most talented disciple from our sect ro enter the valley with me."

"i will certainly select the suitable candidate.we have only 3 spots to enter the valley as before.so we must send our best disciple in".

"i will leave that to you.did you bring the things i asked you?"

"i have.the martial skils that our progenitor left behind are very suitable for you.i have brought enough essence stone for your seclusion this time.i have brought the sword and the saber of our progenitor ,so you must train with it too acoording to the 'six sacred slash' and 'tryannical saber' martial skill.they are all stored in this.i hope to see you stronger next time."

Gaton said as he passed a spatial ring to sam and left.

Sam scanned the items inside the ring with his spiritual sense.several high quality essence stone were piled insde the ring.there was a long black coloured sword with a yin yang pattern at the handle and a large curved balck coloured saber with a red light at the edges that looked like blood.the sword and saber were both radiating immense blood thirst as they were eager to taste blood.

Sam took out the sword and saber with a single though from the spatial ring.With a loud sound was heard the sword and saber were embedded into the ground radiating intense bloodthirst.

Sam smiled as he took a step forward towards the weapons.just when was about to grab the handle of the sword,he was smashed by a wave of heavy killent intent that was releashe from the sword as he crashed against the trunk of the large tree.

"such arrogant weapon.it is hard to be accepted by them easily." sam thought as he got up and sat down crosslegged infront of the weapon.he tried to communicate with the weapons as he reached out with his spiritual sense.

A vast land filled with blood and corpses entered his sight as the pungent smell of blood and rotten corpses wafted throughout the air.sam panicked.the sight tgat greeted hiw was the corpses of humans,demonic beasts and other strange creatures.the corpses were pilled over each other as mountains of corpse was formed.sam looked around only to see bigger corpse mountain with bigger rivers of blood.the land was a wasteland with red soil and destruction.the land had had eerie atmosphere as screams of agony,anger,deapairand bloodthirst resounded in his earhis head started to ache as the sound started to resounded with more ferovity as he was personally experiencing this merciless slaughter.he screamed as he called back his spiritual sense in a panick.

When sam came back to his sense,he was left panting on the ground gasping for air to breathe.His body was covered with cold sweat.he had a churning feeling in his stomach.he closed his mouth to prevent himself from vomiting which took almost all of his willpower.after a long while he calmed himself down.as he thought back to the scene he saw earlier,he felt a chill down his spine.

"what kind of war did you two participate in? how many people did you kill?thousands ,millions may be more but you still thirst for more.murdering weapons....this is what you should be called.massacring devils and slaying gods.weapon to slay gods".

Sam murmered as he looked at the weapons imbedded on the ground.he took a deep breath to calm his beating heart and sat down crosslegged.he started breathing in a rthym as he absorbed the earthly energy to cultivate

Sam continued to train as he communicated with the two weapons,cultivated and practiced the martial arts from the sect.he trained with the six sacred slash and tyrannical saber skill everyday.by the time one year was over he had mastered the skills.he cultivated everyday to expand his dantian space more.

After a year and half he had extended the space inside his dantian to a few kilometers wide which was filled with earthly energy.he was just about ready to step into the essence core stage.

He communicated with the saber and sword daily as he was greeted by the sight of corpses and blood everyday.he was already accustomed to the gruesome sight as he reached out a bit more with his spiritual sense.

By the time two years was over he could use the saber and sword properly along with the martial skills.

Today,sam was sitting crosslegged with his eyes closed on the stone.he was breathing in a different rthym.the earthly energy inside his dantian was undergoing a major charge.the space in his dantian was 99 kilometers wide and filled to the brim with earthly energy which was like water in the oceon.a strange force was compressing the energy inside his dantian as sam made a different hand seal.with a loud boom all the energy in his dantian was compressed to a single crystal shaped core.the energy was tightly packed inside this core as it contained all the energy inside his dantian.

Inside the large space of his dantian was only this floating core without any earthly energy.sam took out sever high quality essence stone from his spatial ring as he madly absorbed the energy from it to replinish his energy.

After several hours of absorbtion,his dantian was filled with energy as the essence core was floting in the middle of his dantian

"essence core realm".sam smiled as he felt the vast energy inside his body.he could feel that he was several times stronger than before after forming his core.

"its time to leave seclusion.two years has passed already and the swordridge valley is about to open.this will be where my legend starts".

Sam looked at the large tree behind him."its time for me to leave.i wont be keeping you company any longer.i will come to visit you when my name becomes a legend.thank you for always watching over me"

With that sam performed a bow towards the tree.the tree leaves and brached rustled as if acknowleding his bow.sam smiled and jumped on the large stone.he took out several top quality essence stone and scattered then in the smooth surface of the stone in a certain pattern.

WHOOSH.

The stone light up with a bright light as sam vanished from the stone.
