Chapter 71 Conspiracy
Hax returned to the field in front of the forge hall as he enjoyed the breadmeat. The Prime Guards still followed him, enjoying their breadmeat that Hax had bought for them.
Hax sat down on the wooden chair. He told them to do the same, but the guards refused. Gorre was here too, enjoying a bowl of chicken thigh drenched in nice smelled curry. Below the chicken, were rice, beans, and garlic.
Gorre bought his own table, and on the table were salt, chili powder, and iced milk.
This guy is living the life right now!
He was a caveman a few weeks ago. Look at how much his life changed.
Gorre noticed Hax staring at him. "You want some?"
"I am good," Hax said.
Then Ratha came with a chicken-shaped candy.
"Hey," Gorre said. "Have fun with your dad?"
"It was fun!" Ratha jumped and raised her hand. Then she sniffed the air. "What's that smell?"
Gorre scooped out a spoon of chicken with rice and beans before putting it in his mouth. He chewed as he leaned on his chair.
