The door opened and the attendant entered. Seeing Ming Xia fear arouse in her heart. If she had known that the young master Xia is around, she would not have dared to come.

"A little customer came to our auction house saying she's got some batch of treasure she would like to auction" the attendant spoke in a fearful voice.

"Let her in," Ming Xia said.

"Okay young master" the attendant said as she quickly left. His presence is so suffocating that the attendant intends to escape quickly.

"What... Master I can handle it, it's no problem it's what I am paid for" Manager Zhi quickly said. Could the young master want to personally attend to the customer? He can't let the young master attend to customer cause that would make him lose his job.

Ming Xia shot him a glance and she kept quiet.

As the attendant left meng xiao checked the effect of the appearance-altering pill. Her face looks like a young lady. Her face looks more beautiful than her former pig-like face and her skin becomes fairer.

As meng xiao enters she found a middle-aged man standing and a young man seated with his leg crossed. His hands rested on the armrest his lazy but sharp eyes scanned meng xiao as if to determine her worth.

Looking at the young master meng xiao was taken aback by his handsome appearance his lazy expression made him look like a cat basking in the sunlight.

He have a sly smile on his face as his eyes shone like a star. He lazily supported his chin with his which was as beautiful as a woman's. Looking at him is like staring at a work of art.

"I am manager zhi, the manager of this branch what would you like to auction," manager zhi said. No matter what, he can't let the young master attend to customers. How can he allow his boss to do his job, and if news spread out he could lose his head?

"I got some batch of gold wares and jewellery I will like to commission you to sell. I wonder what procedure I will have to follow" meng xiao said to the manager Zhi but looking at ming xia.

"It seems like you don't know our rules, we don't auction gold wares or jewellery except if it is of high quality, ty," the manager said. The Ming family auction house only accepts the best of the best materials to auction and that is how they rose in fame. If they auction something that can easily be found in the market, that would soil their reputation.

Meng Xiao became frustrated, even though the items she stole were good stuff but regardless of the craftsmanship and quality she is unsure of their appraisal standard.

"I am not so sure about the quality of it so I will like to entrust my treasure to your appraisal. Meng Xiao said as she tap on her interspatial necklace and pour out everything in it.

At first ming xia taught she would maybe have one or two pieces of jewellery which she would see as very good stuff. But when she started pouring them out it looks never-ending like a waterfall.

It continues that it forms a pile of gold jewellery and the light that is redirected by the reflection made the room look like a disco club.

Seeing a large amount of gold jewellery this young customer brought Ming Xia and manageZhihi was momentarily stunned. This large pile of gold jewellery even if were low quality can be sold for a large sum of money.

Looking at the jewellery they notice that most of them were from renowned craftsmen as the unique design reveals the craftsman name. The others too were of top notched quality.

"Where do you get all these gold wares? " Manager Zhi could not help but ask.

"I believe that customers have the right to not reveal where they found their goods" meng xiao said with a polite smile.

A death glare was immediately thrown at Manager Zhi. He did not need to look back to find out who cause he already know. "Pardon my manager for his question zhi go and get the appraisal" ming xia said looking at him.

"Right away young master" Manager Zhi said as he left to call the appraisal.

"My name is Ming Xia and I am a student of change academy," ming xia said trying to start the conversation in hopes that she unintentionally reveals her identity herself.

"I am luo li" meng xiao lied using the name of her maid.

"There isn't any rich family with the surname Luo" Ming Xia said.

Even though he knew she was lying he could not say.
