It Happened Again!

In a matter of about three seconds, he arrived in front of the tower’s entrance. It took five seconds for a person to be teleported into the tower. So, he was two seconds earlier and was sure that he could catch Alex.

But, at this moment, something unusual happened. As he approached Alex, the tower’s entrance suddenly shone and pulled Alex inside before the usual five seconds were depleted!

The old man frowned as he stared at the entrance for a long period of time. This was the first that such a thing had happened. There had not been a single day that the tower had shown such an abnormality.

‘Could he be having a secret on how to enter the tower? This is going to be bad. With the resources inside the tower, he can simply seclude himself in there if he has a means to do that. But, this isn’t good. I’ll have to report this to his majesty.’
