With a boom, Alex’s fist crushed Oliver’s skull making his blood and other brain substances sputter all around him. But still Alex didn’t care. Although his rage cooled down a little by dealing with the first small fry, he still felt that he needed to destroy these Blood Dual Cultivators so that he could be assured of Jane’s safety.

And for that to happen, he needed to be strong enough. Only by having the strength to protect her could he finally be able to live his life in peace. But there was still one thing that he knew. No matter what he did, not unless he became the strongest being in the universe, he’ll never be able to control his destiny.
