Finally gaining my bearings after having to shake away that memory, I looked at the worker, who to my surprise was still talking. I zoned in on what she was saying. Or atleast I tried. That memory was still haunting me. But I would be fine. "Okay so your father wants us to do your make up and hair."
She started grabbing me and taking me away to God knows where. To my dismay I followed. As she pulled me into a room, I came face to face to multiple Goddess's getting their hair and makeup done. It was beyond hectic in here. Workers were running around like their life depended on it. There was makeup everywhere and it was really hot in here. Probably from all the hair supplies.
What baffled me, was that everything was being done by hand. No magic was being used in this room besides making sure non of the heat hit any of the Goddesses. I mean we were Gods, so why did we always have to do such mundane things. I guess I could see the fun in it but when you were on a time crunch, it would be smarter to use magic.
As I was pushed down into my seat, I looked in the mirror at myself. I looked beautiful. I never had a seductive look. I had more of the cute girl next door look. My checks were red from walking in this hot room. My red curly hair was frizzy and It no longer held the style I made early this morning. My green eyes stood out and they were a much more darker green than usual. That's weird. As I tried to lean forward to get a closer look I was roughly pulled back.
I looked up to an angry stylist. I don't get why the goddess of beauty and The goddess of seduction went through so much trouble with workers. They literally could do all of this with their eyes closed. It's like they wanted some form of power, so they got people who had magic but weren't true gods to do their work. Technically they would be considered gods by association since most of them had parents who were gods. They just were unlucky to only get neutral magic.
Neutral Gods were not the same as the offspring who only had neutral magic. Neutral Gods didn't have a side. They were not light or dark but they could chose a side. Their magic could be whatever they wanted it to be. The goddess of seduction for example, she could use her magic for good and help a couple out or she could use her magic for Evil. She was the cause of alot of affairs in the mortal world. She was also the cause of alot of love stories. Neutral magic was just basic magic.
Ouch. I looked up to see the Stylist yanking at my hair. I gave her a look that should've made her stop but it didn't. Why was she pulling at my hair so much. I tried to grab at my hair but she smacked my hand away. A laugh came from my side. I looked in the mirror at the person who was laughing since the Stylist had my hair in a tight hold. The Goddess of destruction was getting her hair done and had a cruel smirk on her face.
Why was she here. And why did she have to be the person who was next to me. This was going to be a long day. "So I see you are finally having someone take care of that mess you call hair." The Goddess of Destruction said full of disdain. I'm actually happy I will never have to deal with her again. Even with this marriage with Lucas the God of war, it won't be as demanding as my marriage with Luther was.
That being said I purposely ignored her. I looked up to blue hair. Omg. Tears threatened to fall as I looked at this mess. I tried to change it back but it was no use. I couldn't do this, without thinking I got up and left to the safely of my room. Finally allowing the tears to fall as soon as I hit my bed. I hated them all. I was done Never again. Anger was consuming me. I was tired of everyone. I was done being nice.
