Zahra rang the bell outside an apartment and waited impatiently.
The door opened slowly.
"Issac!" Zahra exclaimed, jumping onto the tall figure and hugging him tightly.
"Tia!" Issac exclaimed, though his face didn't mirror the same joy.
As he moved to hug her, Zahra stepped back hastily.
"Why'd you step back?" He asked, placing his hand on her shoulder.
Normally, she would wait until he embraced her before letting him go.
"I-Issac," she groaned in pain. "I-It hurts."
"Are you okay?!" Issac hastily removed his hand from her shoulder.
Zahra nodded forcing a smile.
She didn't want to worry him.
After all, they couldn't meet properly for a while.
The last time they met, they couldn't share a proper conversation.
"How did you get here?" He asked, scratching the back of his head, and looking around. "It doesn't seem like someone came with you. Is it safe for you to come alone?"
