"But?"
Ahan grew anxious as he awaited Princess Layla's response.
"But... what about that lady?" Layla raised her eyebrows, keeping a professional smile on her face, though it bothered her to mention that woman.
Whenever Layla recalled that woman sticking to Ahan like glue, she felt her blood boil.
"Which lady?" Ahan raised an eyebrow, confused.
"You know. That dark violet-haired woman who was with you on coronation day."
"Oh, she's my cousin. Although she was born a commoner because my aunt married one. Her name is Alia," Ahan bit his tongue, trying to keep himself from laughing.
He couldn't believe he would one day have the honour of witnessing Princess Layla's jealous attitude. Her now puffed cheeks only added charm to her scowling expression.
