Zhou Mei's smile lasted only for a moment before it faded away.
"That was just an accident," Zhou Mei said calmly.
"But..." The young woman wanted to say something else, but Zhou Mei immediately cut her off.
"There are no 'buts.' What I say goes. Today is my birthday, and I want to celebrate with my friends. I'm not used to having other people tag along!" Zhou Mei said, her tone quite firm, leaving no room for the young woman to rebut.
After finishing her statement, Zhou Mei led her group into the bar.
After standing behind for a while, the woman noticed there were hardly any people left around her. She then revealed a cold smile before quickly following into the bar.
"What's going on with those people? Where is Axing?" As soon as Zhou Mei entered the bar, she saw a crowd gathered at the far end, seemingly watching something.
The noise of the bar was as usual, but it seemed different from before, the atmosphere slightly odd.
