One That Devours Gods

"Good morning, milady." Marie greeted Titania as soon as she got her eyes opened. She could feel the cold air seeping through her blanket, making her lie back on the bed and tucked herself in.

"The master would be off soon, would you want to greet them before they leave?"

Titania sighed as she eyed the window. "Do you think it will take long for them to come back?"

Marie who's preparing the lady's breakfast answered, "I don't know milady. But since it's the Archduke, everything would be okay."

Though hearing that made her remember how strong Sylvester is, she didn't feel relieved. 'Ever since I've decided to stay and help him, I suddenly feel empty. I'm not strong enough to be of help in the frontline. And I couldn't control my powers anymore. What's there left to me? I've become useless baggage now.' She thought as she stares at the food in front of her.
