5) King Aiden crown

Veera looked around . It was a spacious room with high ceilings. On the high walls there were big glass windows. At the front on the aisle there were a big throne which decorated by the golden leaves pattern and different size of gems were embellised in it beautifully.

The strange man who was behind her comes around and stood in front of her. Veera eyes shifted to him and she got stunned by his beauty.

He was a tall man with black hairs. His eyes were of sea blue color. He has a straight aristocratic nose, high cheekbones and angular jawline.

On his head a beautiful crown of leafy pattern was settled. His black shiny hair was swept straight back over his crown. It's tough to read the expressions in his eyes.

Veera was lost in his eyes. For a period of time she forgot about her situation.

"Your name?" he asked arrogantly.

"Huh...?" Veera mumbled.

The man raised his one eyebrow in question and giving her a look of don't waste my time.

Veera comes to her senses. " Ah.. Veera Ralzwood." She muttered.

"Veera Ralzwood" Aiden tried her name. Even her name sounds different to him.

"And what you came here for?" Aiden grilled Veera.

Veera said with narrowing eyes. "I didn't come here on my choice. Your people took me here."

Aiden shook his head. " Look either you can answer me in an easy way or we have to be hard on you." Aiden asked in a threatening manner.

Veera shuddered realizing that she was their captive now and anything bad can happen with her. "She need to handle this situation very carefully." She thought to herself.

She swallowed and said timidly. "I don't even know where I am now."

"Please let me go. I don't belong to a rich family. Neither I would able to pay the ransom nor it looks like you need the money 💰. " She said as looking around the luxury around her.

" I didn't abduct you here." Aiden deadpanned.

" No? You didn't." veera said.

Maybe there's some mistake then. It would be better not to make a mess here. Just got out of here and then she can take a taxi. In no time she will be back to her home. Veera thought.

Veera relaxed then she said cheerfully. " Well matter solved then if you didn't abduct me then I won't take your more time. I think there's some mistake maybe. I am sorry for the inconvenience."

After this Veera turned around and asked to one of the security guard to open her bindings.

He didn't react at all. And looked at her scornfully like she was an enemy here.

" Okay! if you don't want to be a helping hand then fine. Just not look at me like that you are going to bake me alive." Veera said playfully.

She looked to the others but no one come forward to help her. She got queasy.

" I think it would be better to get out of here as soon as possible." Veera thought to herself.

"It's alright you don't need to be bother about it. I will manage this." After saying this Veera moved towards the exit door.

After few steps Veera heard a sharp resonating voice.

"Where are you going ? "

By the voicing of those words Veera get this isn't good . Not good at all.

There were a small distance between her and the door. If she ran at her full speed then she can make it and hide somewhere.

Then she will ask someone for help.

So without further thinking Veera sprint toward the door.

There were no following footsteps. She smelled to herself and kept her running pace.

As she reached near the door, the doors suddenly shut off.

She stopped herself before she can hit the door.

With opened mouth she uttered a single word.

"How?"
