The [Frost Energy Support] already granted Alexander a boon of 200% in increased Damage and Area of Effect, and the above mentioned [Explosive Surge Support] further increased the damage while adding an explosive effect!

This wasn't to mention the boons of the Frost Infiltration Support and Elemental Discipline Support.

Because of everything working together in a shocking harmony, he had released a single Ice Wave that entirely froze the massive Tier 4 Beast of Corruption.

The support effect of Explosive Surge Support was triggered as he pushed the direction of the explosion up- and this sent the Black Furred Gorilla to the skies.

The support effects of Elemental Discipline Support then activated as Ice Wave was triggered yet again on the Black Furred Gorilla, its figure becoming frozen in the skies before Alexander chose the direction of the Explosive Surge towards the earth below!

He used its own weight and this heavy Elemental explosion to deal even more damage, and with the capability of ignoring 90% of the target defenses when it related to cold or frost…he was actually able to injure this Beast greatly while someone like the Three-Link Gem Master Todd wasn't even able to get past its fur.

And now, here everyone was.

In the midst of a heavy silence as Alexander saw first hand how terrifying a single Main Ability Gem supported by five Support Ability Gems was!

If someone with a single Life Socket also had [Ice Wave] and cast it towards the Black Furred Gorilla…it may not have even been able to cover a single limb of this Beast, nor even have the power to freeze it- much less fling it's body to the skies and back down to earth.

Proper support abilities were that terrifying.

This Gem Recipe that only he had right now from theories others only mentioned…he was keeping it simple with the same distinction as the Ice King Gem Recipe.

DUM!

The beat of his heart was still very loud.

He felt a mixture of fear and exhilaration as even though he theoretically knew how many Gems he had and what they should be able to do, he still had never put it on display as the results were unknown.

And for his first Beast of Corruption to be a Tier 4 one?

It was a shock not just for him, but for everyone else as in this silence…a few battle hardened individuals still broke out of it to react the quickest.

Gem Master Azazel was the first.

His figure felt like it was aflame with flames of blood as [Barbarian Blood] went into overdrive, his voice booming out towards every single Gem Master here as when one looked towards the skies, they could still see an outflow of more and more Beasts of Corruption from the second Breach.

"Head to the Inner Barracks! Carry those who are injured! Do not engage- only run!"

Do not engage.

These words thundered into the newly Awakened Gem Masters, a few like Charlie coming out of their stupor and on their feet, looking at their friends who were either knocked out or couldn't even walk as they carried them and began to make a run towards where they came from.

The Veteran Gem Masters did the same as they carried anyone injured that couldn't move- and they all began to surge towards the entrance of the Breach where a defensive line was already established!

The Gem Master with some healing capabilities continued to wave her staff towards those heavily injured- her face already drained of color and life essence as she seemed to be on her last straw while she made her retreat as well.

Swiftly, all Gem Masters moved back.

With their blood pumping, Gem Master Azazel, Todd, and Richard bolted towards Alexander's position as their eyes betrayed their urgency while Azazel shouted out once more.

"Young Master, Lady Claire! Please do not engage, we will buy time as you retreat!"

As he said this, Azazel's strong voice shuddered towards the end.

He knew what it meant to buy time.

Against the Beast that even the attacks of Gem Master Todd could not pierce the fur of, they may only be capable of lasting seconds.

But Alexander could not die.

Lady Claire could not die!

In the distance, Alexander heard their words clearly. But he did not move a single step as his eyes remained locked onto the figure with frozen fur and a bleeding shoulder that had already been covered with frostbite.

An undulation of crimson tendrils of light had already begun to dance on this creature as its eyes were locked onto him and Claire with tremendous malice.

Alexander did not take a single step as he knew any move he made, this creature would react.

A single slap from it could kill others.

Chunks of ice fell from it as its chest shone brightly, a frightening aura blaring from it as, in the next moment, its devilish jaws opened to reveal a blood-curdling voice.

"Humans…can never. Be. Trusted."

The Hearts of all Gem Masters dropped.

The eyes of Gem Master Richard became painted with despair as he stopped in his tracks.

Only Gem Master Azazel and Todd continued while their faces drained of all color as they all heard the same voice.

Their human language…from the mouth of a Beast of Corruption!

Such a thing was only possible for highly intelligent Peak Tier 4 Beasts of Corruption, and even more commonly for those Tier 5 and higher.

The broken speech gave them hope that this Beast was of peak Tier 4.

Because if it wasn't, they would all undoubtedly die.

The heavy chunks of ice all fell from this massive beast as it got on all Four limbs while giving a deadly glare towards Alexander.

"They...tell about girl. But. Not. You. Was this...a trap for Bobo?"

Bobo.

Bobo the Four-Link Black Furred Gorilla uttered words that caused everyone tremendous dismay.

Words that caused Alexander and Claire to open their eyes in shock for what they represented!

Why did a Breach suddenly appear inside a Breach?

Why did a Four-Link Beast of Corruption look for and lock onto Claire?

It came here with purpose after receiving a single piece of news about a newly Awakened Five-Link Gem Master. And it was precise enough to even know what Breach they would enter, and once they had actually entered!
