Fall In Love

'A Note feature, huh?' Kael thought to himself with a hint of interest. His eyes sparkled with surprise.

Since he had not yet explored all the system's features, hearing the system could automatically save important information on the notes tab caught him by surprise. Afterwards, he quickly composed himself and dismissed the system tab as he didn't want the risk of getting caught by Principal Agares for the second time.

In the center of the stadium, the man who was beside Agares the entire time stared at him with widened eyes.

He was startled to see that Agares committed an unbelievable act of using his ability out of nowhere. There aren't any potential enemies in sight, and there are only weak students. Why would he do that?

With a horrified face, he whispered, "What are you doing, principal? Don't you realize that you frighten your students a little too much?"

Although a part of him was scared of his superior's fury. He didn't have a choice but to swallow that emotion as he was the only one who can question the principal regarding his abrupt action at present.

Faced with the man's question, Agares didn't even spare him a glance and kept maintaining his ability and increase his awareness. He surveyed the entire room once again before raising his eyebrows in astonishment. He then withdrew his ability, and the giant crimson-eye that was hovering above the court returned to Agares's eyes shortly after.

Instantly, the pressure that has been haunting students lifted from their bodies. All students simultaneously start to gasp and catch their breath frantically. The earlier tense situation makes the oxygen seems a bit thinner.

It was the first time they had experienced such dominance. Agares makes the ability that they are proudly flaunting look like a pile of garbage.

Tucking his hands into his pockets, Agares resumed his pace and gradually disappeared from the students' view quietly. Nonetheless, his previous performance still remains in every student's brain freshly.

Chuckling awkwardly, the man who accompanied Agares the entire time speaks,

"Sorry for the dispute earlier. I think the principal accidentally activated his ability."

All students instantly had an urge to roll their eyes at the man. Accidental? More like he's doing it on purpose.

"Let bygones be bygones. Now let's focus on the future. Anyway, I almost forgot to introduce myself to you. You all can call me Mister Luki, and I'm the vice-principal here."

Clearing his throat, Luki continued, "Don't mind our principal. He's just a bit cold and distant."

Suddenly, he felt chills running down his spine. Gulping his saliva nervously, Luki quickly added, "But mostly warm and nice on the inside."

Luki then continued his speech normally as many big-people do. As the spectator, Kael keeps yawning due to his lack of sleep, resulting in his eyes being half-closed this entire time. Despite being in semi-sleep mode, Kael still manages to grasp the critical points of speech.

Unlike in Military School, where the students were encouraged to improve their mentality by fighting each other and make bullying a normal part of their school day, most academies brazenly reject bullying. In this case, Bintang Academy went to set up as many cameras as possible to check on their students.

In the case of an argument broke out among the students, and no other method can solve the argument except to fight, the Academy actually provides a battle arena for them to use where a referee would be present to ensure that the battle between both parties didn't reach the point of them severely gashing each other or even to the extent of want to slid each throats.

Of course, using the battle arena wasn't as simple as it seems. In order to apply for a legal fight, you need to meet several requirements beforehand. First, rent the venue for the battle to take place. The costs were varied, depending on what type of area the applicants wanted to rent. Later on, the applicants could even put an advertisement about their own battle and distribute it within the academy to make money from the tickets. Or they can just choose to make their battle free to watch.

Another thing is, the academy divides the area into different sections. This was done purely to avoid any bullying occurring since the surveillance cameras couldn't cover all the school parts and catch every mishap that happens throughout the school hour.

The only place where every student from a different grade could come across each other was in the central area, the area on which there are many cafes, restaurants, canteen, and also many surveillance cameras being set-up.

After ending the speech, Luki ordered the students to go to the necessities room to pick up their uniforms. However, to avoid a chaotic environment from happening, the staff members called the students based on their room numbers, with each sequence being filled with the utmost of nine people.

Kael and his roommates ended up waiting for almost an hour before it was their turn to be called, considering that their room numbers were 34. Striding toward the room, they were asked to hand over their badges to check if the room they occupy was truly number 34. This makes Kael wonder to what degree does the badge influence things in Bintang Academy. It seems that almost everything was done solely by a badge, from purchasing foods, goods, stuff, etc.

Giving his badge obediently, Kael waited another minute to get his badge back.

Entering the room, Kael immediately saw a full-white room with wardrobes full of clothes displayed neatly in order. He was then brought up to a woman who was responsible for determining their clothes size.

Without batting his eyelids, the woman instructed Kael to pass through a scanner-like device he often saw at the airport. Rolling his eyes at the woman's indifferent behavior, Kael walked forth, crossing the body-scanner. During that period, Kael feels his body gets scanned thoroughly. But that feeling only lasted for an instant as he found himself already passed the scanner a second later.

The woman then told Kael the result of his body size and requested him to follow her to collect his uniform.

She then slides the wardrobe open and reached out her finger, rummaging through it to find a suitable set based on Kael's size result.

A minute flew by as she continues to search for clothes that match his size. Kael then hears her exclaim lowly, "Ha, finally, there you are."

His eyes subconsciously fixed at the blazer she held. It was a pale bluish-violet blazer as in like a starry sky. White lines stretched along the edge of the blazer, outlining and highlighting the sense of fashion beautifully. On the breast pocket's surface, a tiny singular object existed. Needless to think, Kael is certain that it was made to attach the school insignia.

In that instant, Kael falls in love with the design.
