What Else?

From bodies to thinking about rooms, Beta Sheryl was becoming someone else. How did it escalate into that?

She was so busy focusing on the room Gal was staying with Jordan and thinking of how Ryder Pack's pack house used to be. She hadn't done what they were there to do.

"Coach Sheryl are you really okay?" Jordan asked. It was like the hundredth time he had asked his coach that question. And it was really surprising to Sheryl since no one has ever asked her that question in a very long time.

No one!

It would have been better if it was on a different occasion, Sheryl would have been dancing around, screaming, 'that is my godson asking me how I am." But she couldn't, the person who was supposed to be asked at that moment how she was, was Gal and she wasn't there.

Sheryl coughed and nodded at Jordan.

She felt like going under the bed and checking to see if truly Gal was not under the bed instead she asked, "are you sure Jordan?"
