Fewer People, The Better (ii)

Oh, boy.

"I am waiting." Stated Jordan.

"Boy, why are you active this time of the night?" asked Sheryl.

"Am I? Oh, I am. Okay why Sheryl? Why?" Jordan inquired again.

Sheryl knew she had brought that to herself and she was going to answer or else Jordan was going to ask her over and over again.

Jordan began saying joyfully., "Sher, why…"

Sheryl cut her off with a, "if you insist then I will have to tell you."

"Yes, I insist."

"I just said that."

They grinned at one another and it made Sheryl realize one thing, she was not the only one who loved spending time together, the boy seemed to like it. From the way he talked to her joyfully, to the choice of his words, Jordan loved being with her.

"Okay," Sheryl said, she was prolonging it but she had to tell him. She started, "having fewer people in your life means you have someone you would depend on, it means you are hundred percent sure that they will be there for you."
