The Hidden Place

Edna was so transfixed by the sight that she didn't realize Maxieno was no longer with her. The man had disappeared behind the waterfall.

"Sir?" called Edna after realizing that. She looked around, looking for her master.

"Over here."

Edna frowned. The girl looked towards the flowing waterfall. She wouldn't be able to pass it.

When Edna was tired of waiting for Maxieno to come back out of the waterfall, she was flabbergasted to see the waterfall parting and Maxieno appeared.

Seeing that, Edna ran to the bank of the river and jumped over some large wet rocks. She tried not to slip.

Maxieno stretched out his hand, and Edna took it quickly, helping her to balance herself, then she finally went into the waterfall.

"How could that be?" asked Edna astoundingly after finding that her body was not exposed to water at all. It was still very dry.
