The story follows a man called Alexander Petrovksky known for being the most feared, wanted and the most dangerous man in the world and the founder and leader of the most powerful and brutal underworld organization in the world. But after an incident that caused his death, he is reincarnated in another world where GOD gives him only one mission, and that is to create his own civilization and empire, and then ascend to the heavens.
