He Yi Mei - The Friend Turned Into An Enemy

Taking out the engagement ring from his ring finger, he said "The Almighty has given us a chance, so let's not waste it anymore on this useless crap. I'm calling off the marriage. We can't be with one another forever."

Throwing the ring on the floor, he went and sat in his car.

Liu Rushi got a shock when she saw him throwing the ring. She immediately started searching for the ring and due to the flowing water she didn't find it.

Lei Qingshan honked at her and asked her to get inside the car. "Just get in. We are getting late already. Your parents will get worried."

Liu Rushi became flabbergasted at his nonchalant behavior and stomped her feet towards the car.

Just as she opens the front door, Lei Qingshang stopped her. "Sit behind. The front seat will get dirty. Besides, we are not acquainted anymore, so it's better for you to sit behind. I'll soon say about our marriage to your parents also, don't worry."

Giving an assuring look, he directed Liu Rushi to sit behind.

Getting annoyed, she sat in the back seat and he started driving before she could even settle properly.

"You really are something. First you say get out, then you say get in, and now when I'm sitting in the front seat..."

"Shhhh!!! I don't want to hear anything more from you. Please, just be quiet, for God's sake!!" Bringing the index finger to his lips, Lei Qingshan instructed her to be quiet.

Giving a scornful look, Liu Rushi ignored him and looked out of the window.

Soon, the car came to a halt and she saw that the car has stopped in front of a big clothing store.

"C'mon, let's go. We can't be going to a party wearing wet clothes." Lei Qingshan stepped out of the car and waited for her to come out.

Liu Rushi thought that he will open the door for her, so she waited for him to come till her.

But she soon opens her door when she heard him speak "Get your lazy ass to do some work."

She opened the car door hastily and got out of the car. She looked at him and he ignored her and walked inside the clothing store.

Liu Rushi again felt shocked at him and realized that she should also change herself, now that they weren't engaged anymore.

So, she also entered the store. She was surprised by the fancy and expensive clothes found in the store. She felt lost in a big and wonderful store like this, so she went and asked the salesman for help. However, after looking at her disheveled disguise, he ignored her and continued with his work.

All the people working in the store gave her an ignoring look and didn't help her with anything. However, they helped Lei Qingshan and he got ready in an instant. Why?? Because no one would deny a handsome man wearing wet clothes.

Liu Rushi gave a mocking look and said "Wicked people as always... Judging a book by its cover. They only fall for handsome looks, as if that will earn you something. Ha! No problem, I'll help myself."

She rushed to the dress which was hanged on the wall for display. A beautiful purple gown perfectly designed just the way she needed.

Just as she touched it, a woman snatched it from her and said to the salesman ignoring Liu Rushi "Please wrap this up for me."

The salesman gave her a nod and she replied "Thank You!!" She then looked at Liu Rushi standing in front of her and squinted her eyes, trying to remember something.

"Ohh My God, It's you, RuRu... I can't believe the peasant from our class came here to shop, that too in this big and branded clothing store." The woman said bad about Liu Rushi, thereby, insulting her.

When Liu Rushi gave her an 'I DON'T KNOW YOU' look, The woman asked surprisingly looking at Liu Rushi "RuRu, Don't you remember me? I'm you classmate, He Yi Mei. The only person who cared for you." She bragged about herself saying that she cared about her, so that the people hearing her would think of her as a good person and think of Liu Rushi as a bad one.

He Yi Mei was Liu Rushi's 'FRIEND TURNED INTO AN ENEMY'. In middle school, they were really best friends, but ever since, her family had become rich, she turned herself towards richer people and bullied Liu Rushi almost everyday.

Liu Rushi had thought that her 'FRIENDSHIP TURNED INTO ENMITY' will last till middle school, but who would have thought that they both would be studying together in high school too.

Liu Rushi had a tough time with her studies, and also had a tough time with the bullying from her classmates.

Nevertheless, she used to ignore it and later she had become the class president of the class. Also, slowly, slowly all her bullying was going away and everyone was becoming friends with her.

However, He Yi Mei and her little squad never became friends with Liu Rushi and always bullied her.

Liu Rushi couldn't imagine that she would meet He Yi Mei over here. She wanted to dig a hole and bury herself right in it.

However, she wanted that gown, so she snatched it from her hands and said "Salesman, I'll be taking this dress, please."

The salesman looked at Liu Rushi and gave a suppressed smile. He didn't say anything and told his assistant to get the dress over here for wrapping it up.

"RuRu, that dress is mine. I asked for it first." He Yi Mei looked with an angry look at Liu Rushi. She had thought that Liu Rushi would behave the same as before and ignore her and walk away but she was surprised to hear her answer.

"But I touched it first." Liu Rushi said while handing the dress to the assistant who had come over to pick it up.

He Yi Mei started laughing upon hearing what Liu Rushi said. "Haha!!! I... I... Pfft!!! Haha!!"

She wiped her tears which were coming out due to her laughter and said "I'm sorry!! But it really was funny, Haha!!"

Liu Rushi ignored her laugh and said "If you have got nothing else to do other than laughing, I'll go." Liu Rushi turned herself around to leave.

But she stopped on hearing what He Yi Mei said her later "Didn't know that our class peasant could buy fancy and expensive clothes like this."

Liu Rushi turned around and looked at her with no expressions.

She brough her hand near to He Yi Mei's face to touch her.

Thinking that Liu Rushi was gonna slap her, He Yi Mei closed her eyes and jumped up in fear. She gave a loud scream. "Ahh!!!"

Liu Rushi chuckled and patted on her cheeks lightly. With every pat, He Yi Mei blinked her eyes and the anger which was there in her eyes before vanished and turnd into fear.

"Haha!!! You really are a scaredy cat, Yi Mei. Instead of bullying others, try to make yourself bold and strong." Liu Rushi patted on her cheek one last time and with a smile goes to the salesman.

All the people present in the store looked at these two ladies. They got goosebumps after seeing Liu Rushi behave that way and they quivered with every step she took.

The salesman also got afraid as he saw her approaching towards him. He tried to maintain his calm look and gave a smile once she reached towards him.

She looked up at the salesman and asked "Is my dress ready?"

Quivering with fear, the salesman nodded his head and took her to the changing room.
