Chapter 3

As I mentioned in the last chapter, I changed Yato's appearance.

Gilgamesh's appearance is not very good here. I wanted something that wasn't as generic as using Gil as an appearance.

( New Appearance ).

''Say something, this silence where you keep looking at me is weird and uncomfortable,'' Yato said. Doing something he hadn't done in 8 years, talking to another human being.

When he said this, he felt as if something was banging against his mental shields.

"Can you stop trying to use telepathy with me?'' He said, ''It won't work, my mental shields are too strong, maybe . Maybe you are mute?'' He asked.

Frowning her lips, Naomi after years of not even opening her mouth to say a single word had opened her soft, pink lips to say:

"No, I'm not mute, it's much easier to use telepathy to communicate, but it seems my question has been answered because I can't use it on you; well, I'll get straight to the point, I want you to come with me."

"Have I by any chance broken any laws of this universe?" asked Yato without understanding why he should go with her.

"'Law? There was nothing like that. I want to go home right away, I bought coffee Jell-O earlier and I don't want that guy to eat my Jell-O while I'm gone.'' Naomi replied.

Since she couldn't use telepathy to read his thoughts, it made things a little awkward for her.

'What law did he break if he's on the moon? What a strange fellow~.'

Yato upon hearing her, immediately wanted out of this situation, so he agreed with her.

''Okay, okay~.'' He replied, ''Turn around for a moment, I need to change my sleeping clothes.'' Yato said.

She didn't turn around, but continued to watch him, 'It's not bad compared to the other meatbags.'

If it wasn't for the barrier in front of her she would probably get even closer, this was the first time her X-Ray ability didn't work on someone. She ended up finding his appearance attractive.

'What's the matter with her? Won't she stop looking at me so much? Maybe she's a pervert?'

That was what Yato thought. Not wanting to be too intrusive to read her mind about what she was thinking, he thought she was just a pervert for looking at him that much.

"Woman! Stop looking at me with that dirty look.'' Said Yato with a sinister look.

Naomi, who stood behind the wall, first looked surprised and then frowned as a black mark formed on her face.

After all, although he had erected a wall between them, she could still see everything that was happening on the other side...

Behind the wall, Yato had quickly changed out of his nightgown and put on a black t-shirt next to a pair of pants.

"Kuyn~?/ Where are we, Yato?"'' Cookie began to look around realizing that she was no longer at home, so she looked at Yato in confusion.

"We are in a place quite far from home, but we should be back home later today." Said Yato using telepathy to answer Cookie.

''I'm ready, but where are we going?". asked Yato still not sure exactly where he would go with her.

''My home and don't be too nervous... my parents are too carefree for their own good.'' Answered Naomi:

''It may be very late and our conditions may be a little strange, but I am happy to meet you, I am Naomi Saiki.'' Said Naomi extending her hand to Yato, everything seemed normal if she had at least some expression on her face.''

Extending her hand, Yato said, ''Nice to meet you, Saiki-san. I am Kamiya Yato.''

''Nice to meet you, Kamiya-san,'' Naomi said.

'Soft/soft.' The two had different kinds of thoughts as they shook each other's hands.

"Saiki-san, can we go?" said Yato, letting go of Naomi's hand.

"Hn, don't say anything strange to my parents," Naomi asked.

"Don't they know you have superpowers?" asked Yato.

Yes, they know, they will ask strange questions, just deny them." Answered Naomi.

"Ok, so how are you going to get us there? Are you going to Teleport the three of us?" asked Yato pointing at Cookie.

"Or would you rather teleport first and then I'll follow you? After all, as you said, your parents might ask strange questions about us.''

''Hn, your way seems to be better after all.'' Said Naomi, ''I'll go ahead, ring the residential company at the house when you arrive.'' Spoke Naomi warning him.

''Done.'' Yato replied.

Then Naomi teleported back to her house, surprising her parents who were flirting. Naomi was not bothered by this, it was retinirei for her to see these two flirting every day.

"Welcome Nao-Chan back!" said Kurumi in her usual gentle tone.

''I'm back.'' Answered Naomi, not realizing that she didn't use telepathy to answer her mother.

Kurumi and Kuniharu realized this and were shocked. Especially Kuniharu, who had a shocked expression, shocked even too much.

"Great Naomi-Sama, you didn't use telepathy this time, right?". Said Kuniharu still with his dumb expression.

The residential company was touched twice.

"I wonder who that is?'' Kurumi wondered.

"Let me see who it is.'' Answered Naomi, she didn't want her mother to answer and create some strange situation.

Quickly arriving at the door of her home was Kamiya Yato, who quickly threw the bed and robe into inventory and teleported away with Cookie. At his side was his faithful scout Cookie, who looked around with incredible curiosity.

"Nao-Chan, who is it?"' Kurumi coming towards them.

As soon as Kurumi saw Kamiya standing in the doorway, he came to the quickest conclusion his brain could generate.

"Nao-Chan! you said you had no interest in that sort of thing... who would have thought you would invite a boy home, mommy totally approves of you two."

Naomi didn't change her expression, Yato, on the other hand, thought:
