Chapter 6: Coincidence? I think Not!

AN: I don't know if I should add the fight scene, but I really don't want to, because I'm not planning on prolonging this arc. Alex just can't catch a break you see. Also, this chaps is quite short, around 1.5k only.

"So you are the king huh?" An old looking man with white fox ears and nine fox tails swaying behind him spoke as he stared at Alex floating in front of him.

Alex just watched him calmly. He is currently in his "Satan" form, which is his original demonic form. Though not as strong as his new Demon Form, its more than enough to instantly kill someone like a Half-Sephira.

A few minutes earlier, he told his new generals to hunt down the seven ascended beings who invaded their world to test their new strength.

After that, he went to find their leader and decided to kill him himself.

"Not gonna talk?" The Nine-Tailed Fox youkai smirked, "I felt several people suddenly went and Ascend. But they are still far from enough to match my generals. Even if its you, I doubt you—!?"

"Shut up." Alex grabbed his face with his large hand while glaring him, "You invaded my world, killed my people, and wanted us to submit to you. Don't think I will let you off quite easily."

Alex flicked his wrist as a red mist suddenly began to surround them. He grinned, "Enjoy."

With that, the fox youkai disappeared along with the red mist. Alex put them inside an isolated space. By the way, the mist is a metal dust that will invade into the body of whoever is foolish enough to inhale it, no even if they don't inhale it the mist will still enter inside their body.

The metal dust will invade their body until their blood vessel, shredding their body from the inside. The metal dust was also covered by crimson light, becoming a bloody fog that covers the world!

And yes, the Crimson Light is completely unnecessary! He just installed it for the look!

The living organism inside that territory would have the inside of their body within the grasp of the demon king, at the same time their right to live or die was also wrestled away from them.

Alex returned to his human form before looking down at his feet, where a watermelon sized dark purple apple with several bite marks can be seen.

He crouched and patted the fruit, "You still alive?"

If someone were here they might look at him as if he's crazy. Who would even talk to a fruit yeah? But surprisingly, the fruit released a dark purple light before it disappears, replaced by a small girl with black hair, emotionless eyes, and wearing a gothic dress with "x" tape covering her nipples.

Yeah. Alex was shocked seeing her.

"O-Ophis-chan?!"

The little girl, who looks a lot like a certain dragon god of a certain anime, just tilted her head, looking at him in confusion.

"...I'm..Hod.."

Alex seems to not heard her though, as he was still shocked by the little girl's appearance. 'Could it be that DxD world existed somewhere in this universe?! Holy shit! No, no, she's Hod, she said it herself...she couldn't be that Ophis...but what if its AU?'

Hod is a Sephira, the incarnation of Splendor, Glory, and Majesty, its heavenly body being Mercury, its jewel is Opal anf color is orange.

She couldn't be the incarnation of Infinite Void that is Ophis! They just look alike!

After awhile, he managed to calm himself and observed "Ophis" for awhile.

"...You're dying." He said bluntly.

Alex has observed "Ophis", and from what he found out, she is dying. The only reason he could think of is that, the Tree of Life that had given birth to her has been destroyed.

"...hn." Ophis nodded, "...that's why..I.. Let them..take my..power...so they can search...for a new..world..where I can..live..."

"So you're the reason why they ascended huh?" Alex smiled. 'They are probably using her for their own goals. Using the excuse of 'finding' her a new world to live, they began to conquer worlds.'

"If you're searching for planet to live, why don't you stay here? You know that I'll kill these Youkais right? And you also know that you can't stop me. Without them, no one will be able to help you."

Ophis shook her head, "...dead planet...not suitable..to live..."

Alex nodded with a wry smile, yeah, even he has to admit that this world isn't really suitable place to live. Even demons find this place annoying.

"Well, if I can revive this 'planet' back to life, would you agree to live here? Of course, I will have to ask you to protect this world for me, aside that, you can do what you want."

"Hn." Ophis nodded without even thinking. There had been several planets she found suitable to live before, but the fox youkai has always said that its not good enough for her.

But she honestly doesn't care, as long as the world is suitable for her to live in, she will live their. But since the youkai said that he will find her a more beautiful world to live in, she didn't said anything and just let them conquer world after world.

Alex grinned. With Ophis, or rather Hod, living in the Demon World, his world will be more safer than before. A literal Sephira guarding his world, who would dare invade it? Unless the other party is also a Sephira, they will immediately tuck their tail and run away!

"Hm?" Alex looked over his shoulder as the isolated space he made to trap the youkai suddenly began to break.

'I underestimated him, I didn't think he'll be able to break it. But oh well...'

The space broke, revealing the fox youkai, or, what's left of him. He no longer has any skin, his ears and tails were reduced to puddle of blood, some of his flesh and internal organs were now gone.

His right arm is now only a white bloody bones, his ribs were showing, as half of his body are now only pieces of bones, half of his face were now replaced by his skull.

Alex even furrowed his brows in disgust as he can see his heart, it was still beating. The Youkai is still alive.

The youkai was moving his jaws, as if he wanted to say something, but no sound came out but clattering of his teeth.

Though Alex wasn't surprised by the lack of voice, the youkai no longer had a couple of organs, even vocal cords. Its a miracle he is still alive. And as far Alex can see, the youkai is still regenerating.

"I have no time for this." Alex took out a stone under his feet and imbued it with Spirit Magic before flicking it towards the youkai.

The instant that the small stone hit the youkai's forhead, his soul went out of his body, causing the now soulless body to fall down and stop regenerating.

Alex wasted no time and compressed the soul into a small glowing orb before putting it on his storage space. He'd turn him into a "Cursed Gear" later, and give it as a reward for his loyal subjects.

He'd also have to help Cerberus and Camio to ascend so they can help protect the Demon World better. And also the other demons too, such as Seilah, the daughter of his deceased general.

It was that moment..

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Boom!

Seven consecutive thunderous explosions resounded throughout the demon world. After that, the seven Ascended Youkai's life signature disappeared, and Alex knew that they have died.

"That was quick, guess they aren't really all that strong." Said Alex as he looked at the direction where Emi was.

{Their Ascension is imperfect master. They couldn't be compared to lady Emi and the others, who ascended with our help}

Judecca's voice resounded and he smiled, 'I guess you're right Jude.'

With that level of explosion, Alex was sure that even their soul won't remain. It was a good thing that Alex has told them to secure their soul since he will need it for his project.

Project; Trinity Seven.

He will make a council of three groups, each composed of seven individuals with power to rival even a Sephira.

First is the Seven Deadly Sins, his Seven Generals, which is already formed. They are those who will command his army.

Second are the Seven Longinus, seven individuals with "Cursed Gears" capable of even killing Sephira. They are a group that focus on Killing and Fighting the enemy's leaders and strongest people.

And last are the Seven Demon Guardians, a group of individuals who will guard his world from any threats. He already planned on adding Cerberus, Camio, and Ophis in it.

Just thinking about it almost made him laugh loudly.

He turned towards the little sephira and smiled, "Alright, little Ophis, let's get going. You can play with my daughter, you two will surely get along. Also, just to make sure..."

He crouched and looked at her in the eyes, "...You don't have an urge to kill a certain "baka-red" do you?"

Ophis tilted her head, "..No..and..I'm..Hod..not Ophis.."

Alex smiled, a little glad for her answer. He really doesn't want to get involve in anything related to DxD, the Earth where he lives in is already far from peaceful, adding DxD with many psychopathic antagonist is already too much for him.

"Meh, I like to call you Ophis, so I'll call you that."

"...okay."

Alex smiled and stood up, grabbing her little hands. "Alright, let's get going."
