C29: Morbin Time

The vampire landed the skeleton horse down at the castle gates and rushed toward the knights. With Rib's wings, it only took 30 or so minutes to get there.

Of course, none of the knights were going to let a total stranger through the gates, so they walked up to him and asked:

"What is your business here?"

Eric gazed at the two guards and sighed. "Here, check this!" He showed the two guards the note the knights had given him. The guards looked at the paper and saw that their royal symbol was there, a sign only one of their fellow knights knew how to write.

"What are you here for though?"

"Sent me to take out the rats that are chasing the princess down," Eric replied.

The knights looked at each other. "You're fucking late! And what can you possibly do alone?"

Eric looked at the two guards with an annoyed expression. "Uh… do you want to fucking spar with me right now and see how strong I am?"

The knights sighed and ordered the knights in the guard room to open the gate that was used to bring caravans into the castle.

"Thank you."

"It was to offend the fucker – fuck off you idiot! And what are you fools looking at? Battle!!!"

Benny turned to Morbius with a loving gaze and said, "Say the thing that made you the leader, Morbius. Say it… the spell that made us warriors."

Morbius smiled at Benny and his squad behind him. Theo, Jordy, and Shelly were there among the mutated rats, he could identify them even if they were mutated monsters. They were waiting for Morb, to tell the magical spell which was too unnatural to be called, 'simple words.'

Morbius looked above, and from the top of his lungs – he screamed the words he screamed in every battle since Rock of Eve.

"MORBIN TIME!"

The rats and the knights ran toward each other. The spears of the knights struck right through the mutated rats and killed them instantly.

"Arghh! Fuck back cunts!" One of the knights screamed out as he kept swinging the spear towards the rat and the rats just simply backed off as the spear threatened them. But… another rat vomited acid on the knight.

"Argh –" the knight melted to death.

The princess, however, was stronger than any of them expected. "I'm gonna go spicy on you motherfuckers! Run if you can – you can't!" The princess snapped as she summoned two magical whips to her hand instead of a simple spear.

She whipped the rats like she imagined Lia whipping her. Only this time, the whip was too sharp and it was a dream if the rats didn't slice it into halves!

Meanwhile, just as Morbius screamed out, the rat who was controlling everything ran back down the stairs. Benny was the source of everything that was happening and the core of this whole master plan. He was the solution to the end of this racism, he was the guy who was gonna save his race!

He rushed down the stairs and just as he looked down, he was dumbfound.

How can this be...? The two warriors standing before him, covered in blood from head to toe and smelly as the sewers themselves. The cat was his natural enemy, and the other was a Human – his true natural enemy.

"Bastards…" he murmured, gazing down at the two. "How did you get past those endless waves of rats?"

Jamie and the cat smiled after hearing this. "We aren't bound by death," Jamie said, smirking.

Benny, the rat in the overcoat gazed down at the two and looked back, only to see the knights and the rats battling with each other. He was surrounded, which meant his only way to escape was… "Morbius! Help me ~"

Morbius heard his call from afar. He instantly swung his hand toward the three knights charging toward him and it only took one swing from his hand to simply… kill off all of the three knights.

"I'm coming!" he yelled.

The princess was getting surrounded by rats, and the weak knights were dying one by one. Her power alone could not hold this swarm of rats. Fear struck her heart, and her heart started to beat faster. She breathed and formed the image of the two of her loved ones, yes, even Henderson.

Just as she closed her eyes and thought about Henderson, the first thing that came to her mind was the words Henderson said to her back in her training days.

"Remember, you're the craziest bitch in our gang! And.. the undefeatable one. Don't fuck this up, Princess…"

Hilde closed her eyes and whipped the damn rats like she whipped Henderson that day for calling her 'bitch.'

"Arghhhhh!!!! Die! Die ~" She screamed as she kept whipping.

Around the Downwood city, there were screams. Rats were scourging across the town, feasting on everything in sight. Children, women, and men.

In the Sewer Juice:

"Shit – what are they still doing!?" Sophia cried as she held back the door with all her might. Beside her was Lin, the Frog lady Lin just fucked and the whores she had saved.

"If they didn't fucking hurry and do something about this – we're all damn dead, guys!" Lin cried out. "Everything depends on that cat and the [Level 1] human right now!"

The [Level 1] human and the cat were almost out of energy now, when they were right about to kill the Rat puppeteer controlling the whole army of mutated rats. Everything was in their hands now.

"Ha…" The cat fell to his knees and panted. He couldn't possibly do anything now. His whole body felt like it was dried out. "Jamie… it's on your fucking hands mate – finish it," he sighed in exhaustion. Jamie gazed back at the cat and gulped.

His energy bar was at <Energy: 1/15>

"You're going to die…" the lead rat stepped backward and a much larger rat stepped out of that room into the staircase. Jamie smiled at those glowing red eyes of that huge rat monster.

It was left to him now, everything.

"It's my time to shine, I guess."
