For some reason 888 feels that they have a strong bond with Hyun Jae. He had also seen Hyun Jae in her previous life. As a grim reaper, 888 knows that Hyun Jae's current life is Hyun Jae's second life. He doesn't know where her soul was before. Because 888 knows that Hyun Jae's previous life was probably around 150 years ago. He doesn't know where Hyun's soul was for 150 years.

Who knows when the soul is so pure they will be ready to reincarnate quickly. However, if there was a mistake in the lifetime that she did. Then, the soul will face the court of the heavenly king first. Namely the 7 heavenly courts. 444 just kept quiet while pursing his lips. While 888 just laughed at the sight of 444 who refrained from grumbling back. He immediately left and disappeared behind the door. 444 heaved a sigh of relief, when he was sure that 888 was really gone he only dared to babble again. 888 opens the door and arrives at Hyun Jae's schoolyard. The 13-year-old girl was apparently sitting in the garden. She looked engrossed in solitude while her other friends were huddled and joking. However, it seems that Hyun Jae is not really alone. She was accompanied by a tall, beautiful woman with long, flowing hair. 888 decided to walk over so he could overhear their conversation.

"Why are you always alone here Hyun Jae? Don't you want to be like your friends who play together and eat together?" she asked. Hyun shook his head. "They always make fun of me like crazy, Aunt Yee. Just because I can see you they stay away from me. They say I'm the evil eye because I can see spirits like you and like uncle Ja hoong," Hyun Jae said while pouting her lips in annoyance. "You are indeed strange. You prefer to talk to us than your peers," commented Yee Soo amused.

Yee Soo suddenly saw the presence of 888. Without much more to say she hurried away. Hyun Jae is of course confused to see Yee Soo who looks scared and hastily disappeared. However, her confusion disappeared instantly when she saw 888 standing in front of her. "You're just annoying. Why aren't you wearing your black clothes? Are you off duty today?" Hyun Jae asks when he sees 888 wearing only blue jeans and a pure white t-shirt and sneakers. 888's appearance is more artist-like than a grim reaper today. "Shouldn't I be enjoying my day off. And walking around like a normal human being?"

Hyun Jae snorted in annoyance. "You scared one of my friends. Look, she's gone straight away and the rest of the park is scared. "Who told them to be curious spirits who ran away. They should be able to reincarnate well. But, they decided to become curious spirits. That's their own stupidity," said 888.

Hyun Jae sighs, she stomps her feet in annoyance. And immediately stood up and walked away from 888. "Hey, little girl, where are you going?!" exclaimed 888. Hyun Jae turned, "I have to go back to my class, uncle," She replied and continued her steps back to her class. 888 scratched his non-itchy head and decided to wait for Hyun Jae to finish school.

888 decided to sit in the garden watching the little children playing with their parents. 888 wondered. Did he play with them when he was little? 888 never remembers it. For these 150 years he was only busy with taking care of souls. Deliver them to the court of the heavenly king and send them reincarnated. His only entertainment, when he was not on duty like this. He can enjoy life like an ordinary human.

While enjoying the activities of the little children in the park, 888 saw 2 of his colleagues passing by. They were following a 4 year old little girl. The little girl's mother seemed to be busy talking to her other friends, unaware of the danger that lurked their little daughter. 888 just stood frozen in place as the little boy ran onto the highway and Bang....a minibus sped up and hit the little boy. A commotion ensued and the mother, who had just realized that her little daughter had been harmed, could only scream hysterically and ran over to the child's body which was already bathed in blood. 888 saw his two comrades holding the little girl's spirit away from her body. From a distance he saw the spirit of the little girl crying. Maybe in her heart, the little girl felt heavy to be separated from her parents. 888 felt his chest tighten slightly. Did anyone cry over his passing? Parents or relatives? 888 never had the slightest memory of his past life. "Actually you could save the little girl if you wanted to. Especially in your condition now." 888 turned around, Hyun Jae was already standing behind him with her face bent while carrying her bag and school supplies. "You... didn't you go to school?" ask 888. "There is a teacher meeting, all students are allowed to go home early. You are so mean to let the child get hurt." "I must not interfere in the affairs of human life and death." "Huh....your excuses are always that and that's all. It sucks!" Hyun Jae grumbled as she walked away leaving 888 staring at her in astonishment.
