All night Marq and I went through the different books he owned on things that he thought that he could use to strengthen a concealment charm. Zane was frustrated after a few hours, and I promised that he would get to come out and play soon.

While nothing had come up definitively to show me proof that someone in my pack was plotting against me, I had a hunch that something was going down while I was supposed to be away at the meeting with Aspen.

In fact, I was so sure that something was going to happen, I had called the meeting with Harper so that I could tell him what I wanted him to do when leading the meeting in my stead.

The longer we went through the different tomes that lay about Marq's office, the more aggravated I became. The only thing that kept me from ripping them all to shreds was the fact that Marq was able to finally find some information.
