Now that Dylan was awake my days were filled with thoughts of her and the anticipation that would build along with my desire to see her as often as possible.

Her scent lingered with me all day and I had noticed how strong it has been since she woke up. I knew that the mate bond hadn't kicked in for her yet, but I could feel it getting stronger.

I've watched how Dylan reacts to my touch, my scent, and how even my presence can both sooth and excite her. 

Not knowing if Dylan knew much about mates made it harder for me to try to talk to her about this. I still needed to apologize to her and tell her about my uncle, but there was still the charm on me that hindered me to say everything.

The other thing that filled me with anticipation was the fact that I was starting to pick up on her feelings and emotions.
