Ren is struggling against the chain when he catches the light of something passing by in the wind. He looks and sees a chariot with three passengers. Although, he is able to see their faces, he is fixed on the back side of one wearing a black dress. He has seen Anna walk away from him so many times that he recognizes her from any direction. Seeing her gave him the little bit of happiness that he needed. The same happiness that would start to weaken his holds and soon he would be free. He just needed more time, and a little bit of water.

As the chariot disappears, he looks down at the water again and the feeling of the pain come into his throat with a fiery thirst is becoming too much to bare. He reaches again for the water and struggled.
