Triplets

Waking up in such a way that deliberately surprises you with the unexpected. Such events happened already to me and I got to say I am quite experienced when it comes to audacious situations of meeting entities.

So far it has become a normal occurrence for me. So that's why I was so surprised by the sudden encounter that I classify as to be the mildest but strangest yet. I woke up facing triplets. To be precise, butler triplets.

"I am starting to think, waking up might be a curse than going to sleep. Wait, no, maybe I shouldn't sleep at all. Yeah, yeah that might be the case." I mused the situation quite frankly with humor.

"Don't be like that young master" The triplet wearing a blue tie said in a monotone voice.

"We are very happy to serve you in any case of our being," The second triplet wearing a red tie replied in a delightful manner.

"Please do not disregard our ethereal presence, just because we all die someday doesn't give the rationality to neglect our being." The last triplet with droopy eyes continued the sentence in a depressed manner, wearing a unique gleaming white tie.

'Okay, I actually feel depressed about the last one' I thought, feeling sympathetic as I listened to the one with the white tie.

They were all dressed in a conservative manner and elegance oozed their graceful movement, while staying still they showed dedication to their role in the house.

"I didn't mean to invalidate you guys, just circumstances caused it to be annoying." I waved my hands at them trying my best to comfort the triplets.

I woke at the infirmary lying down on the bed with my head elevated by a pillow that allowed me to see the triplets who lined up in front of the bed from a few meters away.

I tried to adjust the white blanket that covered my entire body, however, I found it difficult to move with every inch of my body enveloped by scars and tingling sensations that shreds through my mind. I clumped my palms and felt my burnt hands that still tinged with mild pain.

'I was fine inside my domain, with no scars, not anything present how come I was like that in there but damaged in here?' I thought to myself.

I heaved a deep sigh and focused my attention on the triplets that stood in front of me. They were wearing classy suits that accentuated their facial qualities and majestic demeanor.

The triplets have the same eye color of ruby which gives the mystical air of purity and regality. Passionate as they look, soft as they stare, including the one with droopy eyes that makes him stand out.

They exude an aura of sophistication that commands attention inside the room. Their hair is uniformly accustomed to compliment their looks with it being meticulously groomed and perfectly tailored charcoal suit that harmonizes their appearance. They wore dark pants that is equally as charming as their suits.

The triplets stood still waiting for any kind of conversation or command to be given by me. So I naturally asked for what would be a given question.

"How many hours was I out?" I asked the triplets whom I don't know the names of.

"We heard the mechanical sounds from upstairs and quickly ran toward it." The red guy with his monotone voice answered.

"Anddd we found the young master shriveled up with lacerations and burns that would become seriously fatal to his health~" the Blue guy continued joyfully as he did.

"We also managed to find an anomaly inside the organic body of the young master that continually drains the strength necessary to your recovery which results in you being greatly weakened and bedridden hours being extended." The white guy became superfluous with his words but it made things much more easier to understand.

I knew what he meant by this and looked over my arm that was inflicted by the murky substance in the fight between the shade. It was gone however it was very pale compared to other parts of my body. It was a good thing that they somehow managed to find me in time or else these serious conditions may have worsened if not fatal.

"Thank you, for saving my life" I gave my heartfelt thanks in a short and concise way.

"""It is our pleasure young master""" They all replied the same statement but each having a different manner of tone.

I nodded my head at them and looked towards the window to my right. The infirmary was packed with every tool and remedy that would be used in times of someone being injured. It looked very professional with multiple beds on the inside and a curve-shaped table near the doorway. It was accommodating and much more relaxing, with a minty scent that surrounds the atmosphere. It was soothing to the recuperating mind.

I looked outside the scenery being wonderful and dazzling which made me wanna make this my room. I glanced up and saw dark clouds that seemingly float at fast speeds.

"Hey Leo, I win the bet they came once again but with greater magnitude"

I heard a voice and looked to my side where I see one of the triplets leaning forward looking at one another. It was like they were looking in the mirror.

One of the triplets grumbled. "Fine, fine you win, I'll do the dishes for next week"

The one with the red tie replied to the white one who looked calm at winning their bet. Although they were talking about something I didn't mind them at all. The triplet looks young but definitely had the charm and looks that could captivate the mass. They have small faces that could be considered to be handsomely childish for some. It felt like they were near my age so it was incredibly much easier to talk to them compared to other 'people'.

"Can you guys stop disturbing the young master?" The blue one said to them.

"No, no it's fine," I said to them. I was amused at them watching them fight over their bet. "Oh yeah, sorry I forgot to ask for your names. May I ask for them?"

I realized that I thanked them but I didn't know their name it was kinda insulting so I said my apology.

"No need to apologize young master." The one with the blue tie replied.

"We triplets were born the same faces and structure, only personalities are different. To make people not confused about who is who, we decided to wear colored neckties" He continued.

The one wearing the blue tie was called Atlas, he has a monotone voice with an expressionless face that can be felt through his vibes.

Wearing in red was the eccentric and enthusiastic, Leo, who is full of energy and freedom as he speaks and moves freely.

The last superfluous depressing triplet was called Ethan, he has the awestruck aura of intellect and profound knowledge at his disposal, but on the other hand, he is quite the person to be on the depressing side of things.

All of them had distinct personalities that made them unique from one another, although they have the same face and body structure their conspicuous idiosyncrasies were outstanding which made them distinguishable.

After knowing their names I talked to them casually asking them questions and they would return answers that vary from one another such as likings, tastes, and preferences. One like the other while the other hates it. It was certainly fun to talk to them. I also learned that they were just a year below me and here they are butlers of cute adoration. It was the first time that I ever made a friend close to my age, so I talked more to them. I then asked a question that I didn't know would change the mood of our conversation.

"So how is the kingdom, I heard the waves are getting stronger and stronger as time passed. How are the mansion and the village doing? Any news that would be good to know about?" I asked them casually.

"If it's about the war young master, I am afraid that an abundance of time would be needed to disclose the information pertaining to your question," Ethan answered me in a deep melancholic voice.

"To start young master, the dark clouds that you see are actually birds that are from a powerful Sovereign that delivers messages to other kingdoms, nobles, and to the royalties that report the situation to them. It has been coming since the day, Boss, your uncle left the house." Ethan continued, "And every day since then, it keeps growing bigger and bigger, at first there were just a hundred then maybe multiplied by a number by that, then it became much larger. Then it was metaphorically considered a cloud" Ethan stopped explaining.

I expected news since my uncle has gone away, but I didn't expect things to be this hectic considering that it was just for a short period of time.
