Chapter 12...

As the figure stepped forward into the light, Michael's eyes widened in shock.

It was Malik, his brother! But why was Malik sneaking into their house through the window?

"Malik, what are you doing?" Michael asked, his voice a mix of confusion and concern.

Malik looked around nervously, then leaned in close. "I need to talk to you, Michael. It's important."

Michael's mind raced with questions, but before he could ask any of them, Malik continued.

"I've been in trouble, Michael. Big trouble. And I need your help to get out of it."

Michael's eyes narrowed. "What kind of trouble, Malik? What's going on?"

Malik hesitated, looking around nervously again. "I... I can't tell you here. It's not safe."

Michael's frustration grew. "Malik, come on! You're my brother! I want to help you, but you need to tell me what's going on!"

Malik's expression turned desperate. "I know, Michael. I trust you.

But please, just come with me. I'll explain everything later."

Michael hesitated, unsure what to do. But Malik's urgency was infectious.

He nodded finally. "Okay, fine. Let's go."

As they snuck out of the house, Michael couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off.

Where were they going? And what was Malik hiding??

Michael and Malik made their way through the deserted streets, the only sound being the distant hum of a city that never sleeps.

They finally arrived at an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town, the once-bustling building now a mere shadow of its former self.

Malik pushed open the creaky door, and they stepped inside.

The air was thick with dust, and cobwebs clung to the rusty machinery.

Michael's eyes adjusted slowly to the dim light, and he saw that the warehouse was empty, except for a figure in the corner.

"Who's that?" Michael whispered to Malik.

Malik hesitated before answering. "Someone who can help us."

As they approached the figure, Michael saw that it was a woman with piercing green eyes and long, curly brown hair.

She introduced herself as Maya, and Michael sensed that she was hiding something.

As they approached the Woman Michael couldn't help but notice the eerie atmosphere of the abandoned warehouse.

The Women's kind face and warm smile seemed out of place in this foreboding setting.

"Welcome, Michael," said, Maya her voice gentle. "I've been waiting for you.

Malik nodded at Maya, then turned to Michael. "Maya knows something about our father's death, Michael. Something important."

Michael's eyes widened. "What do you mean?"

Maya's expression turned somber. "Your father's accident, Michael... it wasn't an accident. It was a setup."

Michael's mind raced. "What? Who would do that?"

Maya hesitated, glancing at Malik. "That's what Malik has been investigating.

He's been trying to uncover the truth."

Michael's eyes locked onto Malik. "You knew about this? Why didn't you tell me?"

Malik's expression was grim. "I didn't want to put you in danger, Michael. But now... now we need your help."so please brother help us help me find the truth to our fathers Death
