TRANSPARENT LIQUID, MOTIONLESS GLASS 25

"Ugh...."

I just can't grasp it!

I feel that its almost there then....its gone.

The technique I was using was used by one of the Masters in the Council Against Invaders during the war on Gaion. He was spreading them everywhere, through bards and word of mouth, the greatest fighting technique every invented.

<Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> was used by that old buzzard, and incredibly annoying bastard, who always struts around that he was the best when it comes to using Aura and fighting techniques, using only his body as a weapon.

If could just activate this technique, using the special method that arrogant bastard was using, I could raise my Aura level to at least an 8th level. Bringing harmony to my body, as I have an 8th Magic Soul Core and an 8th Circle Mana Battery.

The power alone when combining the three for an attack....will be astounding.

*SIGH

What was it that bald blowhard was spouting to forcefully activate the method....oh yes!

It was to force yourself into a dire situation, where all hope is lost and you an inch of your life. I guess I could visit a dungeon and forcefully fight and downgrade myself to the point that I will use only my bare hands to fight.

The shrill ring of my MagiCrystal smartphone jolted me awake from a deep slumber. Groaning, I reached over to pick up the device, my eyes squinting at the brightness of the screen.

"Who could be calling me at this ungodly hour?" I mumbled to myself.

I tapped the screen and saw the caller ID: Ms. Secra Tally, the ever-vigilant Guild Administrator.

I scrunched my face for anyone can tell that...this couldn't be good.

"Hello?" I answered, trying to sound more awake than I felt.

"Deth, we have an urgent situation," Ms. Tally's voice was filled with tension. "Some reckless adventurers have broken into the Steel-ranked dungeon of the Snake People. They knocked out the guards and entered illegally."

My heart sank.

A break-in was no laughing matter, especially in a dangerous dungeon like the one inhabited by the Snake People. And what's worse, it involved the son of a prominent politician.

"They are not equipped to handle the challenges inside the dungeon," Ms. Tally continued, her voice grave. "We need you to enter the dungeon, rescue them, and most importantly, ensure the safety of the politician's son."

I sighed.

I was used to dangerous missions, but this one had an added political complication that made it all the more delicate.

"I understand," I replied, my mind already racing with strategies. "I'll leave immediately."

Within minutes, I had donned my upgraded magic armor, equipped my magic gun and various other gear like frag grenades, smoke bombs, etc., and mounted my modular cycle. The night was dark and ominous, fitting for the gravity of the situation. As I rode through the deserted streets of Frontier City, I couldn't help but feel a sense of responsibility for the lives that I was about to save.

Arriving at the entrance of the Steel-ranked dungeon, I found the guards unconscious, just as Ms. Tally had warned. They were likely overpowered by the reckless adventurers. I silently cast a healing spell on them to ensure their well-being and safety.

With a deep breath, I stepped into the dungeon's entrance, my senses on high alert. The darkness enveloped me, and the eerie silence was broken only by the faint sounds of slithering and hissing.

I activated my Invisibility and Phasing Spell, making myself invisible and able to pass through matter---making it a perfect spell for thieves or infiltrators, and proceeded cautiously.

I had to locate the adventurers and the politician's son without drawing the attention of the dungeon's inhabitants.

As I moved deeper into the dungeon, I encountered various obstacles and traps, all designed to test the mettle of adventurers. I skillfully navigated through them, using my magic spells and abilities to disarm or avoid each threat.

After what felt like an eternity of stealth and precision, I finally spotted a dim light up ahead—a makeshift campfire where the adventurers had set up a base. I approached carefully, staying hidden in the shadows.

There, in the flickering light, I saw them—the reckless adventurers, huddled around the fire. They wore shabby armor and wielded rusty weapons, clearly unprepared for the dangers that awaited them.

And among them, I recognized the young politician's son—a seemingly innocent boy who had gotten himself into this mess.

I couldn't blame him entirely; peer pressure was a powerful force, especially for youngsters seeking to prove themselves. But now, I had to ensure their safe return, whatever the cost.

I assessed the situation and devised a plan. I would first neutralize the threat from the Snake People, ensuring the dungeon was clear of danger before confronting the adventurers.

My priority was the boy's safety.

Moving silently and swiftly, I ambushed a group of Snake People guards and dispatched them with precision strikes. With the area secured, I made my way back to the campfire.

As I approached, the adventurers suddenly tensed, sensing an intruder. I deactivated my stealth mode, revealing myself.

"Who's there?" one of them called out, fear evident in his voice.

"It's me, Deth Jones, a Steel Rank Adventurer sent by the guild to this dungeon," I announced, stepping into the light. "You've ventured into a place far too dangerous for your current capabilities. I'm here to help you get out safely."

Their eyes widened in surprise and relief as they recognized me—the famous adventurer known as the "Magic Gunslinger" and winner of the recent Adventurer Rumble.

"We didn't mean for things to get this out of hand," the politician's son spoke up, looking sheepish. "It was just supposed to be a dare, but then things escalated."

I understood; young adventurers often underestimated the challenges that lay within dungeons.

"Your safety is my priority," I reassured them. "Stay close to me, and I'll get you out of here."

Together, we navigated the treacherous depths of the dungeon. I skillfully dispatched any remaining threats, making sure the asshats are following closely behind, ensuring that nothing was following us and making sure we were silent and fast.

After what felt like an eternity, we finally emerged from the dungeon, blinking against the sunlight. The adventurers were visibly relieved, though somewhat embarrassed by the ordeal.

"Thank you, Deth," the politician's son said gratefully. "You saved us."

"I just did it because the guild order me to do and it was just a job," I replied, giving them a reassuring smile. "Next time, think twice before venturing into dangerous places without proper preparation."

I handed them over to the Frontier City Police for trespassing, they'll be ticketed...they're lucky, if it were me I'd beat their sorry asses until it turns purple.

Dimwitted fuckwits, ruining my beauty sleep.

As they departed, I watched them head back to the safety of Frontier City. Now, my work was far from over. I had to report back to the Guild and ensure that the situation was handled with utmost discretion.

Back at the Guild, I met with Ms. Secra Tally and Guildmaster Galvanizer Thomas. They were relieved to see the adventurers safe and sound.

"Thank you for handling the situation, Deth," Guildmaster Thomas said, gratitude evident in his voice.

"It's my job as an adventurer," I replied humbly. "But I must stress the importance of proper security measures next time and preparation for any possible infiltration in the future. I was lucky I got there in time before anything happened."

Galvanizer Thomas nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. "We'll also make sure they understand the consequences of their actions and provide them with stern guidance moving forward."

With that, I left the Guild and returned to my home.

As I settled back down and sipping on a nightcap, I couldn't help but reflect on the night's events. Dungeons tend to attract stupid people, especially regarding kids that know better, I hope those guards get a pay cut or something....bunch of twits.

*SIGH

I could've implemented my plan using the recent events, but it was risky since its a rescue mission, hopefully tomorrow I can do it without any obstructions or any emergency popping up.

As I drifted off back to sleep, I knew that the life of an adventurer was full of challenges and responsibilities. But it was a life I had chosen, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Tomorrow I would wake up again, have breakfast, check my gears and meditate and maybe....visit a dungeon again to kill some monsters and maybe....just maybe level my Aura up.

The air inside the dungeon was thick with tension as I descended further into the dark depths. The cold, damp walls closed in around me, and the echoing sounds of distant creatures made my heart race. I was alone in this perilous dungeon, seeking a dire situation that would push me to the brink of danger—only then could I unlock the true potential of the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique and level my aura to the 8th level.

I knew the risks, but I had a plan. Using the dragon heart, I had created a unique Aura Appendix—a powerful organ that would allow me to harness the full extent of my aura. The secret method to implant it into my android body was one known only to me, and it was time to put this special appendage to the test.

As I ventured deeper into the dungeon, the atmosphere grew heavier. The creatures here were unlike any I had encountered before—Unicorns and Bicorns, massive rhino-like beasts with organic cannons on their backs. They were formidable adversaries, built like tanks and armed with deadly mana missile attacks.

To provoke the dire situation I needed, I engaged the creatures head-on, drawing their attention to me.

With using Aura only from my hand, I fired Aura shots at the charging Bicorns, aiming for their weak spots. Their thick hide made it challenging, but my accuracy was unmatched. My spells also came into play—but not to kill, Aura will only be used for that but instead just to restrain, and I launched Vine Chains.

As the battle raged on, the Bicorns retaliated with their powerful mana missile attacks. The ground shook as the missiles struck, threatening to throw me off balance. But I stood my ground, using my Aura to create a protective barrier around me, deflecting the onslaught.

I felt the adrenaline course through my veins as I continued to fight. The danger was real, and every move I made had to be precise. The Bicorns were relentless, their sheer size and strength making them formidable foes.

One by one, I managed to take down the Bicorns, but their numbers seemed endless. My android body pushed its limits, but I knew this was just the beginning. To truly unlock the potential of the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique, I had to face an even greater challenge.

Deeper into the dungeon, I encountered a pack of Unicorns. These agile creatures were swift, and their horns could pierce through even the toughest armor. I had to rely on my agility and reflexes, dodging their attacks while countering with my own spells and shots.

I felt the strain on my body as the battle intensified. My android limbs moved with precision and grace, and the newly implanted Aura Appendix enhanced my abilities. But the situation wasn't dire enough yet—I needed to push myself further.

In a moment of decision, I channeled my Aura using the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique, fully immersing myself in the state of oneness with my body. Time seemed to slow as I felt my aura resonate, reaching levels I had never experienced before....depleting my Aura to the brink before recharging it back again, all the while fighting and killing.

As I continued to battle the Unicorns, I could sense the change. My Aura was expanding, growing stronger, and the familiar feeling of power surged through me. The Aura's energy pulsed around me like an ethereal force, adding to my strength and resilience.

With each strike, my Aura grew, leveling up in real-time. My mind was focused, my movements precise. The world around me faded as I delved deeper into the technique, harnessing its full potential.

The Unicorns and Bicorns were relentless, but so was I. As I defeated each one, I felt my Aura growing stronger and more attuned to the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique. I knew I was close to achieving the desired level 8 aura.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity of intense combat, the last Unicorn fell. The dungeon was silent once more, and I stood amidst the fallen creatures, breathing heavily.

I felt a surge of satisfaction and achievement, knowing that I had pushed my limits and unlocked the full power of the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique. My aura was now at the 8th level, and I had surpassed my previous abilities.

As I made my way out of the dungeon, I couldn't help but reflect on the journey I had taken. The dire situation I had sought had been conquered, and I emerged stronger and more prepared for future challenges.

Back at my home, I took a moment to rest and meditate. My android body hummed with energy, and the Aura Appendix pulsed with newfound strength. I knew that I had reached a turning point in my adventuring career, and that the <Transparent Liquid, Motionless Glass> technique would serve as a powerful tool in my future endeavors.

For a couple of hours, I made sure that the 8th Magic Soul Core, 8th Circle Mana Battery and Level 8 Aura are working in tandem and not interfering with one another but are in complete harmony.

With this my survival has been strengthened, I have an alternative power in case I face foes in the future that can interfere with magic spells.

Oh I would love to see their disappointing faces, when they thought they have cornered me but then BAM! SLAM!! THANK YOU MAAM!!! I would then say: "you think you got me? here's something for you a nice Aura Knuckle Sandwich!".

*SNICKER

With that, I renew my meditation and circulated all three: Magic Soul Core, Magic Circle and Aura....
