My voice...its like those electronic machines that teaches you how to spell or do math.

Where is this?

Bodies...but not "human" flesh bodies...its dozens of android bodies, stashed in a dark, dank place...could it be...a recycling center or...a waste disposal area?

Most of the bodies are broken and torn, like "something" ripped their parts in a rush...could this be the result of my reincarnation?

Reincarnation...MY reincarnation.

I am Omega Mane Crown, a ten circle Archmage that has fought in a never-ending war with alien invaders from another dimension. The only reason I ever took up magic, so I can get revenge for my dead parents and siblings.

Gaion, my home planet, was in the end, overrun and ravaged by the aliens. I was the last to see what has happened and decided to blow my homeworld in the end, in a brilliant flash of light.

Now, I seem to have been given a chance...

Memories from this broken robot body began to rush in like a huge torrent.

<Test subject...D.E.A.T.H. = dynamic enhanced assault technological humanoid...failure....up to a point....fusion....of magic....and technology....sent to scrap.....recycling plant...>

Why of all things it has to be in a non-organic body, although it is able to handle magic, my guess is that it can handle mana.

This place called recycling plant is mostly run automatically and has no human element to run it, the advantages of technological advancement...I guess.

Luckily I was able to wake up or I could've ended up in that vat of molten whatever. So this planet is called "Earth", I need to find an internet interface somewhere, one of the perks of being a mechanical golem is that my vision can point to my goal, like a waypoint.

This is all brand-new to me but this GPS (global positioning system) being used is a pretty handy tool, if only I had this back in Gaion, I could've taken down more alien towers and killed a whole lot more fucking aliens.

Anyway that's not the important part now, I have to regain my Archmage powers. It would've been a bad thing if I possessed an ordinary useless robot body but luckily I got a synergy of magic and technology, enabling this "android" to handle a bit of mana.

I looked for an inconspicuous space and sat in a lotus position, the "mana battery" that this android body is equipped with, can handle up to a 5th circle mage but its not enough for my taste...I'll worry about this later and instead fill this "battery" up.

After inscribing on the hard metal floor various ancient runescripts and hieroglyphs, using my robot finger that morphed into a pointy sharp edged tool, I then sat in the middle of the mysterious circle and began using it to suck all available mana in the air. I also added some amplification runes, to speed up the process.

It would've been even more fast if I had some mana stones to assist, but since I don't have one, I have to "suck" extra more mana to use first to jump start the process and once enough has been collected, then the true process of drawing in mana will begin.

I can't tell the time but I do know that I was deep below the earth, as evidenced by the android memory that I retrieved through a very painful process. I used the built-in timer that this robot body had and it seems that its already three hours since I have started collecting mana.

The mana battery that has been implanted in this body, can only hold the mana equivalent of a 5th circle mage, which is actually quite shit for my taste.

I had to fill up this before going to a much more serious and more dangerous process.

I discovered during my research about magic, is that creating circles was actually very limiting for sage or wizard especially to a former Archmage like me.

I fought many battles, some grand wizards and sages, other powerful warriors who used all kinds of weapons and magical artifacts but one stood out the most...a witch about the same equivalent rank as a 10 circle Archmage like me.

Unlike any magic user of the sage or wizard type that uses Circle as a means to increase ones' mortal vessel to handle even more mana and wield high ranking magics, like cannon to fire those monstrous cannonballs, they have to have a sturdy body and foundation.

I killed her because that just how life goes, war is separated by two opposite sides, I am on one side and she, through her own volition, chose to stand against us.

There were no qualms in me, when it regards about magical research, I preserved her body upon death, through a special magical tank artifact, submerged her in a vat of various magical chemical concoction that I have made and researched before, to extend a body's "life" beyond the death of the host.

In just a few years, I have found that which I was looking for..."Magical Soul Cores".

Instead of the norm of forming magical circles, the witch has used "Magic Soul Cores", not only was this a dangerous undertaking in making one, but it has to be made inside ones' "soul". Maybe she was desperate for power or was force to use such an absurd technique to rise through the ranks, but whatever the reason, this...this is something new and makes me fearful...and excited.

This robot body's mana battery is already filled up, and I have also filled up its backup power, so I am running at full capacity. But...I don't know what kind of world is out there, since it was quite sometime since this robot has been sent down here for recycling.

I planned to just hunker down here and reach 10th Magic Core but...I am curious about what topside is about so maybe just 5th Magic Core should suffice for now.

I am able to access my Archmage "space inventory" from my previous life, so long as my "soul" is intact the secret space that I've made will virtually "follow" me wherever I am. I created lots of magical artifacts, magic weapons and tools but the most wonderful thing that I made is this...the "Faux Flesh Slime".

The special slime that I made using "genetic therapy", fusing human flesh and slime, enables one to create a fake human flesh with fake human blood, in case of testing, over a skeleton undead.

Its my first time using this on a metal golem robot body like this and I was hoping that it works...

It works!!

It still trying to adapt adhering to metal android body but it will do this on its own, now the important thing is to reach 5th Magic Soul Core and gain much more power compared to a 5th circle mage. A 5th Magic Soul Core is five levels ahead compared to the same rank 5th Circle that an ordinary mage had.

I had to use some trickery and sleight of hand to win against the witch but the process doesn't bother me much, which is more important: fighting fare with your life or do anything to make sure come out on top and alive?

Getting out alive is more to my liking than "fighting with honor".

Five hours...

That's how long it took to create 5 Magic Soul Cores in my soul, any mistake and my soul would've been erased completely without a chance to ever reincarnate...any great power has a huge risk involved and I was lucky to be successful on my first ever try.

Technically, through experiments in the past using sentient humanoid monsters, I was able to observe very closely on the process and eliminated the test subject, once they achieved my goal.

Its too bad that there is no reincarnation perks like the kind I read in novels in the past, I was actually a transmigrator and was summoned accidentally while playing videogames in my parents' basement.

But that was a long, long time ago and I can hardly remember my parents' faces nor my siblings, I did remember much more important things like chemistry and biology, which I dredged up when I became a 1st Circle Mage.

Memory is tied with becoming a master of mana and magic, I unearthed various knowledge that I didn't know I had and just read and heard those, through television or by reading books randomly in the past. Its like that movie, where 100% of the brain becomes unlocked and knowledge you learn, can be retrieved at a moments' notice.

But unlike that movie, I didn't need drugs to help me...mana and magic was the key.

I got up and tapped my leg out of habit and began to search for a computer interface, as my android memory remembers that there is one somewhere.

After looking for a while, I found it...it looks like a laptop just screwed into the wall but this one was so thin. It looks a bit degraded and worn out but once I pushed the power switch on, the mini monitor began to flicker back to life.

I looked at my right hand and after telepathically ordering my "skin slime" to create a hole, a small cone-like protrusion with a flexible metallic cable came out from my wrist, and I used that to connect to the hole interface on the side of the computer.

A holographic monitor came into my vision and various data came pouring in, numbers that I don't know but...like a possessed being, my hands started to move on their and began to hack the system.

It would seem that the multi-tasking skill that I had since I was a child back then (due to the fact I have ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) which helped greatly in my years as a starting low-rank mage) got taken along with me, in my soul as well.

I have no time to check on the various files but chose the most eye-catching and important ones. As my other brain was scanning the information one by one, I had a bit of time to contemplate my situation.

My second life's journey is now at the starting point, and who knows what the future will bring or what people or trials I will face but with my current enhanced power...I will always come out on top unlike before.
