Kai merged the same rank as the Hokage and he was the second mage to be at the master rank after the mage war which Shōgun rose to be at the master rank.

Shōgun knew it took him training and many years to earn the master rank but Kai just got it only displaying his power a few times which shows the chaos in Kai is growing rapidly.

Utahi who had the chaos in him before Kai didn't make it to master rank and that made the Hokage wonder if the chaos in Kai was a different one or if Kai's chi is so strong to level up the chaos.

After the incident in the Hokage's office yesterday, Kai was lodged in the A-class house which is the phoenix house, there are six houses in the magisterium, the phoenix house, the red house, the sky house, the greenhouse, the ring house and the earthlings.

Phoenix house and red house were the A class house in the magisterium, the rich kids in the magisterium gets to be in those houses while the sky house and greenhouse are the B class, average rich kids gets to stay in them and finally, the ring house and the earthlings are the C class house, kids who are from little financed home gets to stay in them.

Kai was provided with everything he needed clothing and the uniform kimonos, Kai asked Fuji what the kimono are used for and he told him it's for physical tests and exercises.

Students were allowed to put on any clothes they want to come to school with, but on those clothes are flash badges which shows the type of magic each have, the fire magicians, water magicians, earth magicians, lava magicians, wind magicians and other different abilities have a symbol which shows what type of mage they are.

"Are you German?" A woman with something like a metal detector wind it over the girl then it went green with a beep, and all the details about her popped on the holo screen at the counter beside her.

Kai was busy looking around, he was amazed by some historical arts around the school, he barely knew a few and he never took history seriously but the history of the magisterium is a different one, it's all concerning magic.

"Hey, punk move your ass" Someone gave Kai a rough little push.

"Sorry" Kai mumbled, he saved the embarrassment by putting on his face cap which covered his white hair completely.

Kai was next in line to be checked before joining others in the classroom, he noticed that all Ist level mages were being checked before they can finally get to be students in the magisterium and their profiles would be created through the checks.

"Yes ma'am" Kai replied.

The woman smiled, "Such a gentleman, stay still and don't freak out" She wind the metal detector stuff around Kai and then it beeped green, the reason why it beeps green is to show that the magisterium are aware of his presence in the school.

Immediately, details about Kai popped up on the holo screen, his heart skipped a bit, he already knew what his details will be because everything was conjured by Botan and the Hokage to hide his chaos curse.

The woman winds the detector over Kai again, it beeps green and the same details popped out again.

"Maybe the detector is out of magic juice" The lady who is also checking told her.

The woman nodded, she told Kai to wait, she walked through the door leading into the hall and then to the classrooms, she went to a door and knocked.

"Yes, come in"

She went in, "Sir we have a problem, I'll like you to come and see".

The man adjusted his glasses "what kind of problem are we having with the Ist level mages, miss Anil?".

"Um, a kid has unknown magic and no rank".

"How?" The man became curious.

"I don't know, that's why I came to meet you, maybe it's the detector's fault or something else".

The man sighed, "Detectors don't make such mistakes, it was built with a good energy magic, well let's see what you're talking about", He stood up and walked out with the woman.

Some other students in the queue were beginning to get lousy.

"What's up with the line and why is it not moving?".

"The boy in front is said not to have magic and rank either".

"Lame rumour".

Their chattering increased and was getting uncomfortable until when the man came out to the check-up point.

"Quiet down and maintain silence" His voice boomed and everywhere went calm, everyone was eager to see what was going on at the front of the line.

"Run the detector over him again" The man motioned to the woman.

She picked the detector.

"No wait, here, I got a new one from the store" Her co-mate offered her.

"Alright" She took it and wind it over Kai again, it beeped green and the details popped out again.
