Unbeknownst to the modern world, the realms of magic have been at war with each other, each vying for dominance. However, a mage hunter sensed Kai’s power and brought him before the Hokage, the headmaster of a magical academy known as the Magesterium. Lightening queen

Not long after, the teacher came. The teacher was a pretty young lady. Her age seems to be around 25 or 26. In other words, she was in her prime.

Her long dark green hair was tied into a ponytail. She wore a formal suit paired with a black skirt. Her eyes were strict and she might even be one of those killer teachers. But at least she had a great body, big bust and stuff.

"Alright, I welcome you to my class. I will be the one to teach you about your abilities at this Ist level. My name is Mai Sanae. Well, the culture might have been abandoned but I'd prefer if you call me sensei.

The class went a bit wild, it's rare seeing ladies adopting culture since when technology took over the generation but as for Kai he still has reason to remember Anko, He sighed at that moment it crossed his mind but Kai wondered why a beautiful lady like his teacher will want to be called sensei instead of a fancy name or pet name either.

"Alright. I will start calling your names first to know you as my obligation", She said uninterestedly. Kai's ear

picked another emotion in that tone. She might consider that teaching them was a hassle.

"After I call your names, please stand up and raise your hand so others can know you. First, Milly jones".

"Here" A blonde American girl stood up and raised her hand.

Mia Sanae nodded her head "You can seat down. Next, Chu Kang".

"Here".

Mia Sanae nodded her head again and continued. she called a few more names before Kai's turn came.

"Kai Kikuchi".

"Here" Kai stood up and raised his hands. Immediately Kai was up, little mumbles started.

"Is it not that kid that doesn't have powers?.

"Shut the fuck up, he has unknown magic, if he doesn't have powers he won't be in the magisterium in the first place.

"What a poor kid".

"Good. Next, Kyung Mi," Mia Sanae didn't even bother with the mumbles.

"Here" A girl with white skin and wavy black hair stood up and raised her hand.

"She's the daughter of the popular lightning lord, Ju Hun.

"She's beautiful and also has the highest grade in her pre magic school".

"I bet she would be selected into the students' council for the Ist level mages".

Kai couldn't deal with the mumbles about the girl who just stood up. She was in the same roll as Kai but at the left middle, Kai could get a glimpse of her, he peeked at her flash badge and it had a symbol of lightning.

"She's the only A rank mage in the Ist level mages, you are not her type" Ollie's snickering voice lingered in Kia's ear. Kai frowned, he took his eyes off Kyung Mi, "Like as if I care" He blurted in his mind.

"Alright. Now all of you have gotten to know your names I guess I would like to introduce what I am meant to teach you guys but first of all, I have rules and regulations that keep my class going, if any one of you misbehaves, you'll get to see the bad side of me"

" ...Or maybe the backside".

The class turned to an uproar.

"You little pervs!" Mia Sanae snapped in her head, although she liked to be flirted with and admired but not by little children she called her students.

A sudden loud slamming noise was heard in the class. The teacher slammed the table as she was infuriated.

"Who said that? It's easier to indicate yourself or I do it in a hard way" Her eyes narrowed throughout the class.

Nobody spoke up, they were just busy staring at each other hoping that the joker will give himself out.

"Alright, Gorge meet me after the class and don't say anything" Mia Sanae shut him up immediately he wanted to blurt out.

After that incident, she begins her lecture. "You all know about magic and everything concerning our existence.

"In centuries, it was believed that the Mages were selected among humans by the divine celestials, to restore peace on our planet. Gifted humans at first was the name given to us before the word 'mages' took over.

"As I said before, we were selected to protect our planet from extinction, we balance the state of population, competition and cohabitation of humans. We protect the ungifted from cases like war and pestilence but a time came when misunderstandings came between us the gifted. War rose, and the gifted decided to divide and that was the first mage war.

"Babies who were gifted were killed, the gifted that rose the wave of troubles, they are now called the 'dark mages' while those that still held their purpose of protecting and fighting for the good cause are now referred to as the 'light mages', that's us.

"The elders that aligned for the good cause came together to form the magisterium, a place where light mages are trained and protected, for years now the magisterium has become a home for us, well most of us might have heard more about this from our parents.

But never forget one thing, which is, that our greatest enemies are the dark mages.
