Chapter 80 Loyal

Sofia was still trying to process what had happened. She couldn't think straight. It was still shocking how zhavia would just leave without telling her. The zhavia she knows would never do that. Zhavia never went to a place without telling her. Her whereabouts were one of the things she as her P.A always had records of.

It was even in the contract they signed before she was employed. Did zhavia change the contract? What was so important that she couldn't even call her before leaving?

The car stopped in front of the mansion and Sofia got out. She walked into the house but she was still in her head. This whole thing looks so suspicious. Why the hell will zhavia be with Nicholas? She didn't have any interest in him when they met the other day. She didn't even mention him. Whenever his name was mentioned, she would bring up another topic. She didn't even want to have anything to do with him, so why the hell would she go to him?

The two hot breathtaking guys she saw earlier in the conference room are probably working for Nicholas but she had never seen them before. They looked very serious when they said zhavia was with Nicholas.

They even said she was going to call her when she had the chance to. They told her that everything was okay and nothing was wrong. They even gave her the message from Nicholas Alviero Ross himself. She couldn't believe it.

She was dumbstruck. She was still in shock and still waiting for zhavia's call. Zhavia had a lot of explaining to do. She had so many questions for her.

Why the hell will she scare me like that?

Sofia walked into the elevator as she went into her room. She was exhausted. She had to explain to the foreign investors that had already booked a meeting today. She went through a lot to convince them to postpone the date of the meeting. Furthermore, she was embarrassed. It was as if she didn't even know her job.

This whole thing zhavia did took her unaware and she was just stressed. The investors agreed but they were also pissed. They only agreed because zhavia's company was one of the hottest in the business world. She went beyond her comfort zone to make them see reasons. She even had to apologize. For fuck's sake she had her dignity on the line.

She pulled her shoes from the entrance of the door and as she walked deeper into the room, she started pulling the buttons of her blouse. She didn't even mind striping herself naked before she got into the bathroom. She just wanted to ease the pain she felt all over. She wanted to feel like herself again.

She had been so devoted and focused on her job that sometimes she doesn't even feel like a woman anymore. When she came on this trip with zhavia, she realized that she had lost herself to work and responsibilities.

She sank into the water and allowed herself to feel every single pleasure from its soothing heat.
