What a sudden change

The king stood up and hugged his so called brother . He then let him go.

''You came early, I thought you will come one day before the marriage as usual '' said the king.

They directed themselves on the dining table where they were having breakfast. Laurent kissed the knuckles of queen Helena and sat on the chair beside the king.

''I wanted to make an exception this year'' he said with a smile

They talked about some businesses and after some minutes finished to have their breakfast, Queen Helena stood up excusing herself because she has to leave.

''But the main reason for my presence so early is because the full moon will appear all this week and especially the day of the marriage '' Laurent said

The expression of the king changes, it darkens and an expression of worried could be seen.

''And we must have an eye on Garuf , he always manifests at the full moon'' he added

''Do you think we have to stop the marriage ? and wait for the full moon to pass?'' He asked

''But I don't think he will try anything, his mate is there. For the others we usually organize it during the full moon and nothing bad happens '' he added

''Don't forget that he is the must dangerous and must uncontrollable among all , we should expect everything from him'' Laurent said

''So , I proposed that I should stay in the quarter of Edward. Everyone of you will be busy ,me I will have an eye if he manifests '' he added

''No . You're my guess , it will be dangerous and exhausting ''

''See It as my wedding gift'' Laurent smiled

''You always have words to convince me'' he smiled.

''I'm not your best friend for nothing '' laurent smile.

April woke up feeling a little sad because Edward will not be there for 4 long days. This castle will seemed more boring without him.

She stood up from her bed prepared her bath because Anabis wasn't yet there. After finishing bathing , she dressed herself and started to comb her hairs when Anabis entered with the breakfast.

''Excuse me your highness, I was busy with all these preparations '' she said, taking the comb on April's hand.

''Your highness you prepared your bath alone?'' She added wondering

''Yes, there's no miracle in that. Don't forget that before being a 'highness' I was a simple peasant and I also worked as a maid in people mansion '' April said amused.

''Huh??!!, you're a peasant ? You worked as a maid?'' Anabis asked wondering.

April turned to Anabis.

''You were not aware?''

''It's true that I have heard from others maids and servants that you were a peasant but I thought it was a rumor and personally I don't have time for that'' she said

''You're too beautiful and your body is so soft your highness '' she added

April smiled and show her hands to Anabis

''Touch'' April Said

Anabis touched it

''It's true, these are not hands of princess. Your hands have been working '' Anabis said.

April smiled.

''No wonder, you're too kind , not pretentious and too savage to be born as a princess '' Anabis added

April laughed. ''Always saying the true''

After finishing to comb her hairs, Anabis immediately returned to her work.

After finishing eating April went out from her room, descending the stairs she saw servants bringing luggages at the first floor.

She wondered for whom it could be.

Arriving at the entering someone called her name. She recognized that annoying and hateful voice.

She turned to the person .

''Destiny want us to be together '' said Laurent with a smirked

She rolled her eyes.

''What are you doing here?'' She asked displeased

He approached near her.

''I'm here for your marriage of course'' he said

''With all the quarters they have in this castle, it's only here that they had to put you?'' She said annoyed.

He shrugged with an innocent expression .

''Just stay far from me'' she added.

''Well, there's no problem. I will have the occasion to see how you will managed to have that money'' he said with a devilish smirked.

She sighs heavily and rolled her eyes then get out.

Three days passed . The entire Blackwood was in the castle. Katherina was even more kind with April. April will even spend the whole journey talking with Emerald because contrary to Katherina , her elder sister was funny, sociable, simple and most especially kind with the maids and servants.

April try hard everyday not to see Laurent's head which was almost impossible because everywhere she went in this castle she will see him.

During the afternoon April was in the castle sitting on the chair. When Laurent came and sat on the opposite chair.

''Are you following me?'' She asked displeased of seeing him

He had a serious expression.

''I want to talk to you about our deal'' he said

''I'm hearing ''

''I have careful thought about it and I think that I have been harsh'' said laurent

{ first it was Katherina, then now it's Sir Laurent } she thought

{ what a sudden change, has God heard my prayers about the solution to my problem ?}

'' Meet me in my chamber at 11pm'' he added

''Why in your chamber and so late? Just talked about it now and here''

''In front of all these servants ? You're sure?. In my chamber it's sure that no one could here us and at that time in the castle there's nobody awake except the guards'' Laurent said.

''If you want to be free just be there tonight '' he stood up and left

It was very suspicious but April didn't have any choice.
