Chapter 13 "Applying for a Job"

After reading the office boy a.k.a Tan Hua biography, Nan Shen threw the paper to the table while he put his leg on his table.

So he is 22 years old...graduating from YYY high school didn't go to college as he is an orphan left alone with his 28 years old older sister....

Interesting. A boy who never go to college somehow can draw this kind of design?

Nan Shen interest was piqued by Tan Hua surprising talent despite her never attending college.

It was rare for someone like Nan Shen to be interested in another person aside from the exceptional Mi Shu and Ren Yuan....and that would only mean disaster to that person he took interest in!

Tan Hua didn't know that she was slowly falling into a devil's net.

1 week later...

Tan Hua had managed to washed her clothes by herself and knew what to buy in supermarket with limited money. For her those skills were already difficult to learnt so when she managed to did it well, she was proud of herself.

Well...even though she couldn't sweep or swob the floor neither did she could cook, fortunately those skills were mastered by the poor God-turned-human, Shen Ling.

"It's already a week! It's time to find a new job!" Tan Hua scretched her sore body after she finished washed her and her sister clothes. She was a talented designer so she should be able to find a good work with good payment too right?

She was optimistic that she would earn much money in a short period of time! Yeah!

"Shen Ling i'm going now if i get a job i'll buy you meat! Be obedient and keep the house safe okay?!" Tan Hua slammed the door right in front of Shen Ling nose who was about to go out throwing garbage.

"Cih! barbaric woman!! you better get a job, i want meat!!!" Shen Ling shouted to Tan Hua who was already went to find job in that town. She didn't want to go back to the neighboring town so she prefer to find job in this town.

Tan Hua sat down at a nearby internet cafe and began to looked at the computer. A week ago she had sent application letter via email to various branch of big company in this town. She applied to be a fashion designer.

She applied for to more than 10 companies so she should at least be accepted in 1 company right? Aishh usually she didn't even have to apply for job as those companies will be the one fighting to get her in.

Okay...let's see the result...

Company A: Sorry you're not qualified to apply.

Tan Hua: why the hell?! (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

Tan Hua nearly flipped the table she used now when she saw the email that company sent to her.

She isn't qualified to apply?! What the hell!!

Tan Hua sighed and close the first email. It's fine...maybe the requirement for that company is high...

Still with a positive mindset, Tan Hua encouraged herself to looked at the second email she received from Company B. This time, she was sure that she will be hired!

Company B: Sorry we already have enough personel.

Tan Hua: ヽ(#ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ┌┛Σ(ノ´Д`)ノ THEN WHY THE HELL YOU OPEN JOB VACANCY?!

Tan Hua unconsciously stood up from her seat when she read the second email. It wasn't right! How the hell they said they had enough personel when they opened job vacancy just recently?!

Are you kidding me???

30 seconds later...

The third, fourth, fifth and the rest of the emails unfortunately said the similar thing with the first and second email.

"Sorry you're not the one we are looking for"

Tan Hua: Then what kind of people you're looking for?!

"Sorry you failed"

Tan Hua: is this an exam? (╬ Ò ‸ Ó)

"FAILED"

Tan Hua: ヽ(#ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ┌┛Σ(ノ´Д`)ノ at least write the apology first!!!

"This position isn't suitable with your capability so with all regards we are honored to decline your application letter"

Tan Hua: DON'T SAY THAT YOU'RE HONORED!!! (＃｀д´)ﾉ

5 minutes later...

BLUGH!

Tan Hua slumped her body to the table. She sent around 10 application letter to many companies in this town but....none of them received her application letter!! In another word, she was REJECTED!

Uhh....

Tan Hua felt bad. How the hell someone like her for the first time in her life...being rejected by a mere company?!

Tan Hua had forgot that her new body was trash who didn't even go to college so how could she wish to worked as a fashion designer in big company when her new body didn't even graduate from that major?

Fine! She wasn't going to give up! She will try smaller company this time. This time she would for sure be hired!

Business interview in small company.

Interviewer: "Do you have experience working as a fashion designer before?"

Tan Hua: emm...yes...? not in this world though...

Interviewer: 😑 are you a graduate from fashion designer department?

Tan Hua: em...in my world yes...in here...i don't go to college

Interviewer: Next candidate please!

BLAM!

Tan Hua was successfully thrown out from the office she wanted to apply to. That was her n-th time being rejected.

It was already evening but she haven't managed to find even a single decent job!! 😭
