Harriet marked her calendar and sighed as she waited for days to pass by so she could be with Kane. She then glanced at the door where her handmaiden gently entered.
"Milady," She curtsied. "Why aren't you dressed yet?" She asked. She watched as she entered her walk-in closet. "Milady, please take a bath. You still have to attend the tea party."
"I am sick." She said as she crossed her arms over the table and she leaned her cheeks to her arm while staring at her fancy calendar.
"Milady, you have to attend." Her handmaiden came out with a retro dress that she and Victoria designed and had it tailored.
"I don't want to go." She mumbled.
"Milady, please don't make me say it twice. Your mother said clearly that you have to attend whether you like it or not."
"There's no fun in attending Lady Sophia's tea party when they got into a scandal of drugging my brother."
The handmaiden sighed.
