The Book of Loki(Discontinued)

In a space that lesser beings could only perceive as darkness, there were several books on podiums and a new one had appeared. In an instant, a dark figure appeared and looked upon the book, instantly perceiving it. "Gather around all who can hear for a fantastical tale is to be revealed!" the dark figure boomed As he said that, many dark figures similar to him appeared before one of them said; "Oh, great one. What is this tale that even you shall call it fantastical?" "This tale is about a young boy not of that world reborn into one of its many gods. His adventures, his relationships, and much more will be told in this tale. This tale that I shall call "The Book of Loki" is going to be one you love my children and remember, the language of lesser beings is quite different compared to ours, so make sure to listen and translate it properly." "Oh, look, look it's about to start." one of the younger-looking dark figures said After they said that, everyone turned their eyes to the book as a small projection began to play as words appeared on the page. There will be some added concepts or characters from other fiction that will work themselves into the story. There will be a harem, but it's a small one with only three wives. If you're a Norse mythology fan, you'd know two of them. I'll try to post once a week This is posted on Webnovel (No images are mine)

Saviour Pt.2

It is said that before Angrboda became the queen of the Moldþursar; she was a princess yet at the same time was equal to a slave to her parents. Always granting every wish they wanted, but she found a saviour in the king of all liars. All mortals know of this tale and if they ever do the same to anyone, the saviour of the abused; Loki shall curse them forever. — Lokasaga, Prose Edda.

------------------

As Mundilfari released the chariot of the moon from its stable Nótt blanketed the Up-World with her darkness and the sparks of Muspelheim helped to bring light to the Nótt sky. On Niflheim, a young man and lady were sitting down and talking. This was Loki and Angrboda, Loki was acting as a sort of therapist for Angrboda as she let out all her feelings and spoke about all the trauma she went through. As she talked she yawned signifying her exhaustion and it wasn't long before she had fallen asleep.

Loki saw that and he smiled before slowly taking her up and carrying her outside. He brought her towards a small shack made of bricks that appeared to have been brand new and it indeed was. These celebrations last for three days with a banquet first then the ritual and giving of gifts and then a ball, each would start at midday and end at dagsbrún so they built several buildings for the guests that were small but bigger on the inside.

After he placed Angrboda on a bed he made his way back to the banquet. Instantly suitors flocked towards him to try and get his attention. He didn't even spare a glance at them.

His mind was only focused on one thing at the moment and that was finding Angrboda's parents to manipulate them into making her stay here to lessen their control over her.

As his eyes darted around the room looking for them he paused and focused on one thing in particular. He blinked and looked again he couldn't believe what he was seeing. It was Odin in the form of Gangleri and Jord dancing.

'Is that Odin and is he courting Jord?"

Loki suddenly burst out laughing to the shock of many suitors around him. For as long as Loki knew him the only thing that Odin courted was frenzy and everyone knew this. It was at the point where they would call him Wōðanaz and Gapþrosnir.

After calming himself Loki spotted Ulf and Astryd getting drinks and made his way towards them. As he reached in front of them they bowed.

"You may rise," Loki said

"To what do we owe this pleasure, oh crown prince," Astryd said

"I'd like to talk about your beautiful daughter and it's very apparent where she got that beauty from."

"Oh, thank you," Astryd said while blushing slightly.

"What exactly is it you want to know about our daughter?" Ulf questioned

"If it wasn't very obvious already. I am courting your daughter."

"It was plain to the eye what you are trying. If it is her hand in marriage you seek then we'd gladly give you it." Ulf said

"No, at this moment in time, I'd not like that but I'd like to ask if after all of this that she could stay here?"

"Now, tell me why we should allow this?" Ulf said with a slight edge in his voice

'Even though he is the crown prince of the most powerful jötnar. I can't just give away my favourite slave like that.' Ulf thought

"Look all around and tell me what you see," Loki spoke with such power in his voice it rattled them both.

"You see the greatest things that this realm no, the greatest things in all of the two realms. This is but a fraction of what we have." Loki came closer "This is what she'd have if I could court her the way I'd like and then have her hand in marriage. Can you imagine you two not just being king and queen, you'd be a part of the Hrímþursar royal family? You could have anything you want."

"Anything?" Both Ulf and Astryd said

"Anything, all the gold, slaves, servants and more."

As he said this he made an illusion that only they could see. Ulf saw himself as the emperor of the two realms with all the women and slaves he could ask for and Astryd saw herself as a goddess on the same level as Ymir.

"You can keep her," Astryd said

"It was nice doing business with you."

Loki stretched out his hand for them to shake it and they did. After that, he went towards the main table and sat down to eat. The Nótt was good and everyone enjoyed themselves, especially Loki and Gangleri.

Although Loki had left a bit before dagsbrún. He had gone to his room to start planning on how he'd destroy Ulf, Astryd and all the others that abused her. In his heart, he swore that he'd protect her and everyone who'd be abused. This is why all mortals within the realm of Midgard make sure to love their wives or husbands and treat them as best as possible.

He didn't feel like sleeping so after starting to plan out how to destroy them he sat by his window and started to paint and at the same time, he pondered. He pondered about the adventures he'd had with Odin and the secrets they know. He pondered on the future and how he'd change it. He pondered on many things that night for he had nothing else to do.

As he pondered he painted, in the painting, a swirling sky of deep blues and vibrant yellows dotted with small white stars, while a large crescent moon hangs low on the horizon. The sky seems to be in motion as if it is alive with energy and movement. The hills and trees below are depicted in darker shades of blue and green, and a small village with tall, spired buildings can be seen in the distance.

This was a famous future painting that was made by Vincent Van Gogh known as "The Starry Night". While almost everyone in the two realms would be shocked by this painting only Odin wouldn't care for he had seen Loki do and make many future items which he classified as just being Loki.

When he finished he walked to a wall in his room and tapped specific places on the wall and it opened, he placed the painting there to dry. Feeling tired he took a bath and then went to bed.

The moment his eyes closed he felt as if his soul was ripped from his body yet it was painless. He opened his eyes and looked down so he could see himself. He then looked at his body he looked green and his body looked as if he was made out of a wisp. It wasn't before long that he felt himself being pushed almost as if he was in the ocean and was hit by a big wave or the times he spent as a sperm.

Hey, guys, I'm back. My exams are over and I'm on break till Monday, unfortunately. I hope you enjoyed the chapter and tell me what you think of the manipulation part. I'm reading manipulation and seduction books so Loki can portray a good manipulator and seducer so tell me if it appears as if I learnt anything.

I wonder what's happening to Loki? Are you wondering too?

Mundilfari is the father of Sol and Mani the goddess and god of the Sun and Moon respectively. I just wanted to work in the story as the god of the Moon and the Sun before his children.

Nótt is the night personified. I know that in Norse mythology Odin takes her and her son Dagr to become the night and the day but I changed it up and make her be the night beforehand.

Dagsbrún is dawn in Old Norse.

Gapþrosnir means; 'the one in gaping frenzy' and Wōðanaz means 'lord of frenzy' or 'leader of the possessed.
