Normal POV.

As usual, Blue didn't sleep. She has bad insomnia. Really bad insomnia. Technically, it's her fault because she didn't want to sleep. No one except Deidara and Sasori ever noticed because her eye bags never show.

Blue got up from her bed and decided to go have a snack. Without Izumo's permission, of course. She searched through cabinets and drawers until she came across a drawer stacked with chips.

Izumo did say he doesn't want you eating his chips.

No he didn't. How would you know, schizophrenic voice.

I can read minds. And I'm not a schizophrenic voice. We've clarified that.

Then what are you if you aren't schizophrenic?

Blue tore open the pack of chips quietly.

Well what is your name?

Blue groaned at the voice, popping a chip into her mouth.

So do I keep calling you schizophrenic voice?

I did tell you to call me Red that one time.

And I decided against it. That's ridiculous. It sounds like you're mocking me.

Blue stood up to find a dip for the chips.

Well then pick a name for me, Blue.

Kay then. Schizophrenia. Togo. Tōgō shitchō-shō. You're Togo from now onwards.

Weird name but sure. Still not schizophrenic.

Blue didn't find any dip for the chips so she sat back down.

Say, Togo, can you actually read minds?

Yes. I just said that, didn't I?

Can I read minds?

No.

Blue groaned internally.

Well why are you in my head? I need my privacy to think about things.

Blue rolled her eyes.

And did you just send an emoji into my mind?

I'm going to shut you into a mind cage.

And I'm gonna break out.

Izumo sat up and the first thing he saw was Blue's face.

"Hey heyyyyy Izumo-san!" Blue yelled.

Izumo sighed and pushed her back. "Blue. No. What. Why-"

"You said we'd meet Hokage today!" She threw her hands up.

"Right. I did. So why are you up so early?" He rubbed his face. Izumo was sure he looked dumb right now. He had bad bedhead. Extremely bad.

"I don't sleep."

"You don't ... sleep?"

Blue shook her head. "Bad insomnia. Only once have I ever fallen asleep and if I recall it was with Dei- demon senpai!"

Nice save.

Izumo was shocked. How does Blue survive with no sleep? It wasn't possible. "You're lying."

Blue tilted her head. "No. I am not. Why would you think so?"

"You can't survive even a year without sleep."

"I survived, didn't I? Does that mean I'd die!!!!?"

I protect you, Blue, stop overreacting.

"So Izumo-san! Let's go to the Hokage!" Blue pumped her fist in the air.

"Right. A moment," Izumo grumbled, pushing Blue away.

Hiruzen waited patiently. Well, he was actually impatient. Izumo and the young girl should have arrived ages ago and Izumo was never one to be late so what could have happened?

Hiruzen had work to do so they better get here quick.

A knock to his door and he sighed, muttering a 'come in'.

Izumo stepped in looking extremely furious and Blue had a clumsy guilty-not-guilty expression on her face.

The third Hokage observed them both.

"Seriously, Blue, stay away from my chips. I'll get you any other food apart from the chips." Izumo glared at her.

"But those chips are magic!"

"That's why I want you to-"

Hiruzen cleared his throat.

"Ahhhh Hokage-sama!" Izumo bowed. Blue gave a tiny wave, causing Izumo to push her head down to bow.

"I see you two are..." he paused, looking at them for a moment. "Getting along..."

Izumo gave a fake smile. "Yes!"

"That's ... great to hear." Hiruzen coughed. "We'll have Inoichi interrogate Blue a while then she'll begin training with Kakashi."

"Yes, Hokage-sama. I'll take her to the Konoha Interrogation division."

Hiruzen nodded as Izumo turned around, leading Blue outside.

"Where to now?" Blue asked.

"To interrogate you."

"What if I don't answer?"

"They'll hack your mind then." Kotetsu grinned.

Blue jumped a little.

It's okay. I won't let them.

Thanks a bunch!

They arrived at a building and Izumo directed them inside. He began to talk to a man with scars while Blue looked around.

She couldn't help but think this place was creepy.

I think so too.

For Togo to think that, then it must be creepy.

It gives off a weird ... scary vibe.

Blue heard Izumo ask for a man named Inoichi. The scarred man gave some directions.

"Come on, Blue," Izumo said, leading her inside.
