ALLISON~

I walked into Mr Niklaus's office still very surprised about how he was able to talk to him without causing a fight. I mean a whole George. He isn't that gentle.

I got in and and I met him doing somethings on his laptop.

"Can I come In sir?" I asked.

"You are in already." He said without looking up,so I moved closer to his table.

"Sir how did you do it?" I asked and he looked at me.

"Do what?" He asked smiling.

"How did you talk to George and he just came to apologise and left?" I asked and he laughed.

"C'mon Allison. That's not a big deal okay?" He said and I nodded.

"I know. But that was just too.... I don't know. I know George very well, he doesn't back off easily." I said and he sighed.

"So you think I used some witchy power on him?" He asked and I shook my head.

"No sir. Not at all. What I mean is...."

"Allison I just talked to him calmly, the way men talk to each other. And he seemed to actually like me after all." He said and I smiled.

"Wow. That's was so noble of you." I said and I saw him staring intensely outside the office walls.

I looked back and I saw Marcus was standing at the door with his nose still bleeding.

I looked at Mr Niklaus again and I saw him swallow hard. It was like he was resisting something or someone.

"You should go take care of your friend. He needs to get rid of the blood." He said bowing his head.

"Yes I will. I just wanted to say thank you for saving my a*s out there." I said and he nodded.

"You should really settle things out there so it won't affect your work at the company. The owner of the company will be really pissed to hear what happened. You all getting into a fight." He said and then my eyes widened.

That was true. I already forgot Mr Niklaus isn't the only Boss I have.

"Oh my God... What do I do? He will surely fire me for this. And Marcus will also be dragged into this. It's all my fault." I said holding my head.

"Allison before you can be fired, I have to agree to that, and I promise you that won't happen. But about your friend, I don't know what his manager will do." He said and I sighed.

"Please don't let him fire him. You two are managers, you can help me talk to him." I said looking back and I saw Marcus's Manager next to him.

He looked really pissed and they both left at the same time.

"Mr Niklaus please. If someone is to be fired it's me. Please if you could talk to George you can talk to him too. Please don't let him fire Marcus, I will never forgive myself." I pleaded in a teary voice and he sighed.

"Don't worry Allison. Stop crying, I will do something about it." He said and I cheered up.

"Thank you so much Mr Niklaus. You are an angel sent from God." I said and he smiled faintly.

"Sometimes the devil is always portrayed as the angel too. You just have to be careful." He said and I nodded.

"Thank you. I will go meet Marcus now." I said and he smiled. I walked out of the office and headed to Marcus's office.

I met him at his desk cleaning his bleeding nose with his handkerchief. He looked sad and I knew things had gone down with his boss.

"Hey." I said and he rose up his head to look at me.

"Hey." I said trying to cheer up.

"How are you doing?" I asked sadly and he sighed.

"I am good. I am just a little down." He said and I looked into the office to see his boss still boiling in anger.

"What did he say?" I asked.

"I am going to leave the company." He said sadly and I shook my head.

"You won't. I promise. Mr Niklaus will talk to him." I said and he looked at him.

"You really believe in him?" He asked and I nodded.

"I do. He talked to George and he left. He can't do it to your boss too." I Said.

"I hope so. Cos George isn't My boss, and my boss isn't George " He said.

"Don't give up Marcus. You are going nowhere." I said boldly.
