CHAPTER 9

She sat on the bed smiling as Jasper went through her closet looking for something less revealing for her to wear on their date.

'Are you trying to make me look like an old person?' she asked as he kept on combing through her wardrobe.

'I just don't want anyone looking at you. You belong to me,' he said in such a possessive manner and she felt her heart flutter.

She was overjoyed as she saw just how much he loves her and she was sorry for what she was going to do after spending another day with him. She just hoped that he will find it deep in his heart to forgive her. She shouldn't have asked him to marry him. If she had known the mother would be so against it, and the consequences of their love, she would have tried by all means to keep herself in check and never say a word.

'I found it!' he exclaimed in joy as he took out a pair of white jeans she had hid away some time ago.

'You know it was hidden for a reason,' she said as she stood from her bed.
