chapter one: the background

In time of the gods, before the existence of men, a time of magic, a time of dragons and demons. There was an apple which shines like the sun, this apple was called "The God maker". The apple created the heavens and inside the heavens it created the heavenly sit of the Alpha god. The chronicles of two brothers began as the apple ties their bloodlines to the thrown. Marriot and his brother Arrisus were the choosen bloodline of kings. Subsequently, Marriot was made king of Kings while his brother breed and rule the Underworld. The reign of Marriott over the heavens brought peace and tranquillity because of his benevolence, he was fair as a judge over the heavens, he made sure that there was no discord amongst angels, all the provinces of heaven lived in Harmony, and he took to himself a goddess to sit with him, called Sapira. With all these good deeds of Marriot as king. the power of the apple grew stronger. Marriot had two sons which was born and not summoned, their form was not like any other angels though they were princes in heaven. Malden the first born was the god of war and mischief, he was called mischievous because of his ways with other angels, he was strong and the best sword angel in the whole heavens and also known for cleverness in giving war strategies. On the other hand Posius who was a Junior Prince never had love for violence, he treated all angels equally and he was loved by all in heaven. Posius was the god of the wind and forest an epitome of love and beauty, all was well until one day everything changed. A meeting was called in the hallowed hall of heaven where all the lesser elders gathered to speak about the signs and treats from the king's brother. The arch angel stood angered and said:

"My king this cannot Happen, your brother has declared himself king and overrun the Northerner provinces, the kingdom is divided, he has rallyed the forces of the underworld and they match on us as I speak. We must go to war at once, the Usurpa must be brought to justice".

An angel charged the door of the meeting hall and announced to the king that the Apple has been taken from the citadel. At this, the king burst into flames and ordered the heavenly legions to attack. Malden stopped his father by saying "Father dialogue with your brother to know what the matter was, we should not just go to war". The Arch angel replied "Dialogue, you mean dialogue? Look outside and see". When Marriot looked, he saw the unbelievable. Right before the gates were legions of demons. Arisus has summon all the beast, fang dragons, Fire breathers and the Fowl Mouth Behemoth of hell. Marriot marched with his army and there was a great slaughter in the heavens, many fell in battle. While fighting, Marriot and his brother came face to face on the battle ground. the king still wanted to speak peace terms with his brother he spoke to him and reminded him when they were young gods, how close they were before he became king. Arisus looked remorseful but yet raise up his armor and showed him the apple, seeing apple in the armor of his brother prompted him to fight. The fight was bloody, fierced and dreadful, the battke paused and everyone watch the two brothers battle for the honor of the throne as anyone who wins with the apple must accend the throne and become king. Mariot defeated his brother with the swing of his sword and picked the apple. "I am a better swordsman than you my brother", he said. while picking up the apple, Arisus stabbed him through his heart from behind. He immediately conjured a spell and plunged the apple into space, while he fades away into Oblivion, Marriot told his brother "you can never be king of the heavens no matter how you try Arisus stood disappointed and tearful as the apple left the realm of heaven.. Malden saw his father fall and witnessed the apple leave the heavens to a place no one knows. The battle siezed and everyone retreated back to their realms. The Angels went back to the kingdom and the gate were shut, never to the open. There was great mourning in heaven as their king fell in battle and the God maker remains lost. The beams of heavens waxed dim. Posius ran to meet Malden but the disappointment on his face made him to understand that the battle was lost, no Victor no vanquished. Sapirah knowing the outcome of the war wondered off and was never seen again, with the new status of heaven, who will be the next king?.
