The church was filled with hundreds of people including some of the well known businessmen in New York city who came to pay their last homage to Mr. Bernard.

It has been a week since Jerry was discharged from the hospital, he spent almost a month and a half in the hospital due to the severity of his wound.

The casket in which Mr. Bernard was deposited was near the altar of the church giving everyone who came into the church the opportunity to pay him his last homage.

Daniel and his mother were among the first people that arrived at the church.

They were all dressed in black attire like many other people who came to the church.

Cynthia couldn't hold back her tears, she kept on shedding despite the effort of the sympathizers who tried to calm her down.

After some minutes Chris too came to the church and went to where Daniel was sitting with Cynthia and presented his condolences to them before sitting beside them.
