Chapter 62... Candlelight

Joanna's mouth opened in surprise when they entered the kitchen. It was neat and all the used items were back to their original place. The middle of the kitchen was empty except for a small table with two chairs on either side. The table was set beautifully. Some doughnuts and some dishes she couldn't recognize were laid out on nice plates and silverware on the table. The room which didn't even look like a kitchen anymore was decorated with red flowers and some white ribbons which reminded her of Valentine. The room was dark except for a few candles to set the mood.

"Da..David". Joanna whispered and felt his hands on her shoulder. "How...".

"There's nothing a little arrangement won't fix". He smiled, satisfied with the different emotions on her face. "C'mon. Let's eat".

"Oh my God David!" She squealed as they walked up to the table. "This is beautiful".
