CONFESSION: I LIKE YOU RICHMOND
As Sophie confidently entered Richmond's office, the air crackled with tension. Her pristine white mini gown and the echoing click of her heels on the marble floor demanded attention. Richmond engrossed in conversation with Anne, found his attention abruptly diverted.
She stopped in front of Richmond's desk and remarked with a bright enchanting smile on her features, "Hi Richmond," Her voice was low and sultry.
Richmond allowed his eyes to gaze at her for a fleeting second before he turned to Anne, "Does she have an appointment with me? Ignoring the customary greeting, Richmond's question hung in the air.
Sophie stood before him, an enigmatic figure with a demeanor that betrayed no apprehension.
Anne was equally perplexed by the unexpected intrusion, "None that I know of, Sir!"
Richmond's disdain for Sophie's presence became palpable as he stared at Anne with annoyance plainly written on his face.
