Bella's POV
I was confused as to what is going on. That is when I felt something hot and wet in my shoulder. I pulled away as I cupped Xavier's face.
He was having tears. He wasn't crying or sobbing. But tears were flowing. I grabbed the chair and made him sit down. I cupped his face making him to look at me.
/"Hey, what's wrong?/" I asked in a soft voice as if speaking to a child. /"You don't love me. You will never love a monster like me. I am not worth your love. I don't deserve it./" He kept rambling.
It was like he wasling himself that. My eyes start to tear up at his vulnerability. How can he even think himself as a monster.
/"Look at me. You are not a monster. You understand?/" I told him sternly as if a mother is talking to her children.
/"You don't think I am a monster?/" He asked me as he bite his lips with shiny eyes. He remind of a small puppy. How can he think of himself of a monster.
