Quickly and Carefully

Theo, Uldor, Gorstag, and Catallina sat together in a room at an inn. There was a moment of silence, hanging in the air, but all present in the room knew that they had very important information to share.

Theo, looking serious and thoughtful, opened the conversation with a tone full of urgency, "We encountered something in the forest that is very suspicious. There are three encampments in the middle of the forest, and there, we encountered people wearing red robes with an eye and key symbol on their chests."

Catallina, with eyes full of curiosity and wonder, looked at Theo with intensity, "What were they doing in the forest? What is their purpose?"

Uldor, who was always firm in his words, nodded and explained, "They were gathering around a large campfire. We decided to pretend to be treasure-seeking adventurers to approach them and find out what they were up to."

Gorstag let out a deep sigh before explaining further, "But when we talked to them, we knew that they were followers of a heresy. They admitted proudly that they worshiped that dark entity."

Catallina, surprised and full of confusion, pondered for a moment before expressing her concern, "Heresy?" Catallina tried to connect the information she got from the priest.

Theo, in a profound tone, narrated further, "They speak of the resurrection of the 'Forbidden One'. They say that this is the moment they have been waiting for, and they are ready to sacrifice whoever it takes to fulfill their dark ambitions."

Uldor, ever vigilant, added, "They mentioned that they had caused the plague that is currently ravaging our city as part of their plan. They want to create chaos and fear throughout the city."

Gorstag, who spoke in a deep voice, revealed further, "They say that they've infected some people with an incurable curse. That's why we see these horrible wounds on the victims of the plague. They say that this is a 'gift' from the 'Bringer of Doom'."

Catallina felt that the temple priest's suspicions were true. She had never imagined that their city could be targeted by heretics, and this was a far greater threat than they had ever expected.

Theo, with a serious expression, stated, "We must act quickly and carefully. We must find a way to stop them and uncover the true identity of these heretics. We must strive to find a cure that can save the victims of this plague."

Uldor, always decisive in action, added, "We should also tell the Temple Priest about what we encountered in the forest. He may have a deeper experience of this heresy."

Catallina pondered for a moment, processing all the information she had just heard.

Theo carefully put his hand into the pocket of a small dark bag, Theo placed the bottle on the table in the center of the room.

A suspicious-looking host bottle came out of the bag, followed by an astonished look from Catallina who was sitting next to him.

The bottle was made of cloudy glass, a thick black liquid moving inside without any visible cause. The atmosphere in the room felt even more tense as all eyes fell on the mysterious object.

"And most suspiciously," Theo said in a serious voice, pointing firmly at the host bottle, "we found this in one of their followers."

Catallina, full of fear and confusion, scrutinized the bottle with eyes filled with uncertainty.

"What is it, Theo?" she whispered shakily, not wanting to break the already tense silence.

Theo remained serious in answering Catallina's question, revealing the information they had encountered amid this chaos.

"This is a bottle filled with a very strange black liquid," he said in a deep tone, trying to understand the meaning behind the object. "This liquid can even move around on its own inside this bottle. We don't know exactly what it does, but we believe it's related to this outbreak."

Restlessness increasingly ruled Catallina's mind as she thought about the bewildering complexity of the situation.

"Getting more complicated," she muttered to herself as if speaking to herself, trying to ease the worry that continued to haunt her.

However, Catallina felt it was time to share the important information she had obtained with her friends.

"It seems like the information we're getting is interconnected," Catallina said nervously, making her friends the center of her attention. "I met with the Temple Priest, and he told me about the heresy you told me about. It seems that what the priest suspected was true, he suspected that there were heresies within the Okren forest. "

"Well.." interrupted Theo then continued, "We should talk to the priest tomorrow. He may have more information that can help us. For now, we should rest first, I'm very tired."

Catallina noticed the condition of her friends. "I think you should clean your bodies," said Catallina as she pinched her nose with her thumb.

"You damn nobles!" cursed Gorstag at Catallina's behavior.

"Just smell your body odor," Catallina replied.

"It's not body odor, it's the masculine scent of men," Gorstag defended.

The four of them laughed at Gorstag's rant.
