"I don't want to beat around the bush, Enid." Catallina looked sharply at Enid. "Are you involved in all of this?" Catallina asked, trying to find a definite answer from her friend.

Enid frowned, his expression still surprised. "I'm not involved in all of this, Cata. I swear on our friendship," Enid replied seriously, trying to emphasize his sincerity and lack of involvement in the plan.
