The Scent Of Blood (1)

Cassian couldn't describe what he felt after listening to the information Geoffrey had to give. He felt insecure about something, and when he pushed on, wanting the bald-man to reveal what else he knew about those people, Geoffrey admitted with all honesty that he had no further information to give other than what he had told them.

"The rest is for you to discover yourself, and I wish you all the best in your journey." Was his well-wishes to both of them before they left the inn and journeyed back to the upper East quarters.

Cassian laid on his bed, unable to think of anything aside from the fact he might be visited by one of those vampires that buried him alive, and he knew deep down he would end up running into Elijah once he starts to poke deeper into their business.

Feeling uncomfortable lying on his own bed, he sat upright as his anxiousness grew, creating the discomfort that circulated through his body.
